What? "crying over nothing"?

You can clearly see she has connected and bonded with her category, and she just got told by Simon that she wasn't connecting and basically didn't know her group well enough. Whether it's true or not, it was quite a hurtful thing for Simon to say, especially when he knows how much Cheryl and Dannii care about their contestants and stuff.

The Cheryl hate is a joke in here. Honestly. Everytime Dannii cries it's "genune", but everytime Cheryl cries it's apparently "fake". yes Lloyd going up to her to give her a hug, has definately made him stay for another week. But like I said if the same thing was with Dannii and let's say Rachel (for arguments sake) went up and hugged her in the very same situation it'd be "Aww how sweet of Rachel" blah blah blah!

*expects some typical "you must be a sheep if you believed Cheryl's tears" reply*

OK then. Baah. You must be a sheep if you believed Cheryl's tears that make Victoria Beckham look like a warm and caring human being.

Personally I think this comedy show skit summed up Cheryl Cole's Max Clifford PR induced Geordie Princess Diana fakeness to perfection:

Let's relive this shall we? :kink:

"Edward, before you go I wanna give you something"

"Ahh it's beautiful, but isn't this...?"

"Yeah. Yes It Is"

LOL! I love how serious they look whilst doing the dance routines too! HAHA!

It's just like Simon said, even if you hate it you have to watch it again to make sure it actually happened and you didn't just fall asleep into some weird nightmare during the show. :o

01 Olly - Wow, I thought he stole the show last night! best live performance by anyone so far I thought. I really think Olly will win this year, he is really good and i think people have really warmed to him because he is such a nice person!

02 Danyl - I don't understand all the Danyl hate on here?!?! honestly I think he is one of the best. Fantastic performance tonight! LOL at the song choice, it might mean alot to Whitney but I think it's such an awful awful song

03 John and Edward - Ok absolutely NO chance of winning and the have the worst singing voice out of all the 12 finalists from every year to date.. but that was one of the most entertaining performances I have EVER seen. Not sure the X Factor has ever made me laugh like that before. SO so entertaining and I hope they stay in for a whlile :D

04 Joe - He has a fantastic voice and it was one of the better performances of the night, but I didn't like it as much as last week.

05 Miss Frank - These were my faves going into the live shows but I dont think we have seen just how brilliant these can be yet. I thought Simon was wrong last night. It was a pretty decent performance in my eyes.

06 Jamie - I have to put Jamie here because he was better than anyone I'm going put below this. But I cant stand him or his voice. Last night I thought he sounded horrible.

07 Stacey - I thought the song choice was all wrong for Stacey and IMO she was pretty rubbish last night compared to the week before. Shame because I love her personality

08 Rikki - I dont think he is as bad as everyone tries to make out. He isn't as good as Joe, but he is still good. Thought the songs was really good and it was the only one of the night that had my foot tapping along lol

09 Lloyd - OMG last night was terrible, it was completely the wrong wrong song. As if he could do a Leona! Thing is, I think he is one of the stronger ones this year. He has a unique distinctive great voice.

10 - Lucie - People seem to bang on about her alot. I seriously dont understand the fuss! Last night I thought she sounded horrible, really horrible. Just like the week before. Going on the live performances I dont understand how she got past the first audition

11 - Rachel - One of the worst "singers" that has ever been on the X Factor. Her voice does my head in! Don't think she can sing at all. She killed a brill song last night and throws herself on the floor waaaaaaay too much. The thing I hate the most though is that she is extemely cocky! People go on about Danyl but I reckon she is much much worse. Always expecting to go through to the next round and when she was walking off stage last night. She had a look of Victory, thinks she has made it through to next week, but she was friggin awful LMAO

I can't help but watching John & Edward performance again

The vocals were bad but the whole "Britney Spears video" mock was brillant.

The girls are good, but it's no Leona or Alexandra, so I'm not sure one winning girl would bring anything interesting compared to what we already have. I want Stacey to be a TV presenter though.

The young boys are cute and not bad. I already have a secret crush for Lloyd haha, I think he would be a cool popstar indeed. Joe is very good, Rikki is good, but I can't see any of them winning pleasing me.

The old boys are good. But I think Jamie's boring, Danyl's cocky, and Olly's a bit bland, although I like him very much.

So basically I'm supporting Lloyd, the twins and Stacey. (I don't want the twins to win, but I want them to get in the finale, cause they could make the show funnier every week).

02 Danyl - I don't understand all the Danyl hate on here?!?! honestly I think he is one of the best. Fantastic performance tonight! LOL at the song choice, it might mean alot to Whitney but I think it's such an awful awful song

Because 99% of the song he is $h!t then he pulls of one Leona style power high note and everyone raves about him, in football he would be the equivalent of Jason Lee scoring a spectacular overhead kick in the last minute when rest of the game he couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo

Danyl is for most of the song only marginally better than the twins, Rikki and Lloyd tbh

Cheryl Cole must be out of her tiny mind..... she basically consigned Lloyd to the scrapheap last night with possibly the most misjudged song choice on this show - ever. He's in trouble I reckon. And so should she be - she's completely out of her depth on this show, and faux tears won't wash - she was always a terrible choice for a judge - zero personality and even less musical skill, knowledge and understanding. PLEASE get rid of her.

Miss Frank were great toward the end... but after the comments last week that they weren't enough of a 'group'...why stand them 3 miles apart on the stage for most of the song? When they're good, they're great, though - I hope the public realise this.

Best? Hmm.... Olly. And Jamie's great if he can get rid of the annoying wavering in his voice which grates on me. Stacey was great in parts - but she's even more annoying than those vile twins (who are clearly the best advert for abortion ever).

One thing - one of my neighbours has lost her black poodle, sometime last week - can someone in the know ask Dannii to take it off her head and to please give it back? :o What. On. Earth???

Stacey, Jamie, Joe, Olly & Rachel were standouts last night. Rikki was quite poor again. Danyl & Lucie are so overrated. They aren't that good. J & E were entertaining but cringeworthingly awful. Lloyd gave it his best shot & Miss Frank were alright but a little out again on solo lines. I've just realised how much i like them as a group though..

If they don't win the X Factor, trust me, they will be back, Chico got a #1 record, I'm sure they still get a record deal from Louis or some other prat that wants to make money out of them, hopefully after their 15 mins of fame they will burst into oblivion.

Looking back, I don't want them to stay now. But I still find it hilarious! Everything's wrong with it, it makes it hard not to watch!

Its like as if they are murdering every track they sing, I wonder what track they are going to murder next week if they get thru, its Big Band week... Candygirl :heehee:

There is always a muppet every year, if they weren't Irish they wouldn't have been picked for the final 12... I Blame Louise -_-

CandyMAN?

Oh lord, imagine if this week 'Hurt' gets its overdue deserved top 10, and then next week 'Candyman' does the same if they or someone else performs it.

Completely agree.

By the way this is how the song should sound if sung properly live:

Whitney Houston - I Didn't Know My Own Strength [Live On Oprah]

I find it incredibly disturbing that people actually find those gruesome twins "funny" and want them to stay for comedic value. Just NO.

They are hilarious in a Geraldine McQueen, John Sergeant, Red Beach Ball goal sort of way. Let's face it the X-Factor is a TV entertainment show first; a money making machine for Simon Cowell, phone companies and ITV second; and a talent show a distant last.

Cheryl Cole must be out of her tiny mind..... she basically consigned Lloyd to the scrapheap last night with possibly the most misjudged song choice on this show - ever. He's in trouble I reckon.

But the X Factor isn't really just a singing contest. If anything last night will have done wonders for Lloyd; Cheryl's tears and talk of failing Lloyd will have the grannie brigade and teen girl squads out in force this week! I wouldn't be surprised if he topped the vote.

I agree she's out of her depth as a mentor, but again, it's not really just about singing the right songs well is it? She's the new Queen Of Hearts after all

When does it start today?

^ 7:45pm.

Pretty sure Rachel & Miss Frank will be bottom two tonight which is a great shame as they're two of my faves!

what a boring week, apart from J&E

going to be Rikki V Miss Frank in the bottom 2 I think, hopefully Rikki will go
