I doubt there would be any objection to it being changed, but after certain previous incidents we now have to go through the annoying process of a lengthy vote before making changes to rules which seemingly affect nobody -_- Feel free to start a poll if you so wish ^_^

I was going to send it, but if it's going to be a poll situation I won't bother. I don't think anyone ever said JESC entries couldn't be sent, only Eurovision. Right now it's still my best option though, unless someone wants to tell me otherwise...

I really don't think a poll is nescessary, especially since this could well be the only JESC song that is ever even considered for the contest....can the mods not just kind of make an "exception" (even though there was never really an explicit rule) for this one case?
