In the next 6 weeks I be posting a list of potential 12 tracks from 2009 for now its January & February, the top 2 tracks will go head to head in a final poll at the end of the December to find Buzzjack's Record of the year.

 

God this is going to be fun

 

I know there is a lot of crap in there but believe me it was hard picking the best 12 from the first 2 months, it will get better honestly.

 

Closing Date for the poll Midnite Nov 9th (Sunday)

 

I got a funny feeling I should have made this a multiple vote, so you can pick 2 tracks instead of one, but I think this way makes it fair and even.

I assume you mean The Saturdays song is 'Issues' as 'Up' was released October/November 2008 :heehee:

'Just Dance'. As much as I don't like Lady GaGa, it's a classic pop song already by any standards.
The Saturdays 'Up' is from October 2008 :huh: I think you meant 'Issues'? Anyway, my vote goes to GaGa

Obviously I voted for Lily, 2 tracks will make the final 12, I hope the poll is catered for everyone. And my mistake with 'Up' should have been Issues.

Went for The Prodigy - striking a blow for the old school versus the new! That and the fact I've only actually heard a couple more...

Went for Lily but it was close between White Lies and Prodigy as well.

 

It's obvious who is going to win this one and the next one though :lol:
