So I just want to let everyone know, whoever I give points too....even though it'll say I put certain songs higher than others, they really are way too close and they could have been in any order at all. I love each and every one of them to bits :wub:

It's really tough.....the quality of the rejects is amazing too.......well it has it's bad apples :kink: but overall it's great.

 

I honestly don't want to answer that question, they're both brilliant. (and don't nobody bother asking me if I had to choose, my head would just explode :P)

I found....5 10's in the rejects :P

 

When I was sending in the votes my 2 pointer hopped up to being my 7 pointer and then down to being my 6 pointer....on top of that three songs were shuffling about a bazillion times for the final 1 pointer. Unfortunately two had to be left out in the cold :(

Oh dear.......I actually have Twelve 10's.......I need to get rid of 2 :cry:

 

but this 12 really is the cream of the crop of BJSC for the last ten contests for me anyway.......so mad I have to drop two now. :cry:

 

Curse you eurovision for setting up the standard in which you can only vote for 10 instead of 12, they clearly made that decision years ago so they could make a person playing an online contest based on thier contest very unhappy decades later. :angry:

No, I see it like this too. The Best Of is epically much better :wub:

 

Didn't struggled at all in arranging my final 10 in The Rejects, but in the TBO final - I struggled endlessly :drama:

I generally find that the top 5 of each contest tend to be pretty good, though more recently the DNQs, particularly the ones that just miss out, tend to be better than most of the songs that DO qualify :(. But that explains why the quality of TBO final is SO good, though considering how many amazing songs have missed out the rejects final is very mixed (i vote for twice as many DNQs than qualifiers in recent semis). But yeah i'd agree with you, definately...

OK a few issues with the recap... As I'm on Windows 7 during the week and Windows 7 doesnt seem to have movie maker it's a bit screwed up.

you have to download it, when i updated messenger it downloaded WMM for me.

Yup, along with Kylienips, Dulpean and Eledan's ammended votes.

 

They will be put in the first post once i've counted them onto the spreadsheet.

Voted, wasn't that hard really. After eliminating my three entries I could easily knock out another 14 that I didn't even vote for in the normal contests and didn't feel guilty for not doing so. Eliminating another four wasn't that hard either.

 

The 10 I voted for would be good in a normal contest, but for a Best Of it kinda felt like my votes were process of elimination rather than picking the 10 best entries on the last 10 contests. My voted included songs I gave nothing originally, or very little, so I wouldn't say it was a battle of the best for me.

True, but tbh this just feels like a regular contest to me, hardly anything spectacular. It may have my favourite song of the year, but it was also a big hit.

 

I'd have been happier if Jessica Jarrell, LeToya, Livvi, MPHO etc. had made it. I wouldn't even call any of those R&B entries, just black women singing Pop. But those are easily my four favourites that fell out of the semis and they'd have all been fighting for my top 3 places.
