Poor Leona can't win, one week she's being criticised for only singing dreary ballads, the next she shouldn't bother doing uptempo songs because her voice is too good for them. It shouldn't be possible for someone to be too talented for a song. I don't get the concept of wanting to hear a Leona song sung by a less talented entity like Katy Perry, Cheryl Cole, Britney Spears etc.

 

I thought the Leona tracks would be a bit higher too, not to mention Alesha Dixon. Bit gutted about her single doing poorly. :(

Yeah I'm gutted about 'To Love Again' as well but I kinda saw it coming tbh, it's not really instant enough for the general public. Shame as I think it's one of her best, really beautiful and emotive.

If XF Finalists don't sell as much as Cheryl on their first week, I will be relatively quite about the performance of the single: it will mean that they aren't a problem for the Top5 year-end. It's still anything, I was afraid they could sell 1m. But let's see the midweeks.

And if the sound engineers had sorted her Mic volume out she might even be higher. i've heard they adjust the volume down for Jedward's mics so backing singers/track is louder than they are. I wonder if they accidently did the same to Shak :(

Agnes is only 49. She's gonna be on Alan T's show soon but i suppose that won't help too much and Pixie performed on This Morning, hope that helps her :D
