I'd rather it was the other way round. The past three Celebrity Big Brothers have been pretty dire imo.

I'm actually finding this serious really good - loving all the montages in the episodes :)

 

 

They should keep Celebrity Big Brother I reckon and just axe the summer seasons.

I think it's a shame people wish to keep this and axe the normal one.

 

While it would get rid of the fame seeking wannabes from the original show (though most people should know BB doesn't equal instant fame anymore) it's not like these celebs are any different. There's always a bunch of unknowns trying to get back in the public eye/favour on these shows.

 

It also further shows that TV has to feature 'celebrities' these days for it to be given a prime time slot. We can't even have normal families playing on Family Fortunes anymore. Plus Wife Swap was scrapped due to falling viewing figures, presumably people were only interested in the Celebrity version of that as well.

 

I much prefer seeing people I have no pre-show opinions on and seeing how they interact. Celebrities will always be slightly held back as some of them have a public image to maintain, the regular people don't have this problem.

Vinnie is a total dick. 'Just saying the two people who stood up to me bit the dust', someone had to you arrogant twat!

 

If he wins he'll be one of the worst winners in Big Brother ever ... but I have faith that the public will come to their senses and vote Nicola as the winner.

I'm no fan of Stephanie but she's not two faced, because she nominated Ivana as she wanted to go home. Even Nicola said to her "don't worry, we'll help you through this", when Ivana found out she stayed. Stephanie was actually being a friend

Its gotta be Nicola or Alex winning for me, they both just seem lovely and genuine. Dane is alreet, Ivana is rather funny, Jonas is a bit boring and childish but hes ok, Stephanie is love/hate with me, and Vinnie is just horrid!

Vinnie continues to disappoint. I think he's been far too suspicious and reading too much into everything and as a results doesn't trust anyone (bar maybe Dane?). If he keeps this up, he won't be able to trust himself soon.

 

In tonights highlights show, he goes into the dairy room and starts talking negatively about Stephanie - the one housemate he's spent practically all his time with since day 1. When he said "i'm not in here to win", did anyone else see his nose extend like Pinocchio's. I certainly did. :lol: Vinnie wants to win and is being deviously crafty in that instead of bitching about housemates behind their backs (which he has done a little bit), he goes into the diary room and bitches about others to Big Brother direct.

 

Oh, and how ironic that the producers try and edit any relevant footage to back up what Vinnie's saying even if that footage was from 5 days earlier. Do you really trust the editors of CBB? After watching CBB3 (the series won by Bez) I saw some of the worst editing ever broadcast on national TV.

I still think he will win, and Im sure they fix it. I mean how the hell did Ulrika win last year? and am I right in saying she (like Vinnie) was the highest payed celeb in her series

Completely agree. I find i want to watch the first week or so of the summer BB a lot more than the celeb BB because of this. Ofc after that it depends on how much is going on in this house. This series i've only been watching it about half of every night, but it's better than a lot of other series that i've seen and watched in full.

I don't think they would've fixed it for the likes of Ulrika/Sophie/Rachel to win tbh. :P

 

The Big Brother editors tried to make it so Verne/Halfwit/Mikey would've won in those years. I still think Nicola has a good shot at winning. :D

As much as i want neither of them to win, i guess i'd be happy with Nicola winning, especially moreso than Dane, who has just got so bloody lucky with regards to the tree task (and now constantly getting treats/airtime because of it) -_-

 

Though if Nicola wins, 4 female winners in a row! Whod have thought it!
