I love how this is climbing - I wish it was the X Factors winning song :(
I prefer Joe's version to this. I'm sure if Joe had released it as the winner's song it would have reached #1 last week. :(

I've got to say I'm embarrassed at the UK for loving the awful original compared to the brilliant reworking by the Glee Cast.

Somehow I think the record buyers had it right back in 1982 when it only made something like #62, because that is all that awful Journey version is worthy of.

If it was then Joe would have been #1 EASILY.

It should the second single and they should do the Family Guy scene with Cheryl and Ashley  "Ashleeeeeeeeeeeeeey" "Hey that is Joe" :o

The Los Angeles-based hip-hop group Black Eyed Peas has made a name for itself by taking an eclectic and organic approach to rap, R&B, and funk. Led by vocalist/multi-instrumentalist Will.I.Am., the band also includes two other MCs, Apl.de.Ap. and Taboo, along with vocalist Fergie, and a live backing band. Building a steady buzz with its first two releases, Black Eyed Peas garnered mainstream attention with the 2003 album, ELEPHUNK, which launched Fergie's solo career and helped make Will.I.Am one of the most in-demand producers in hip-hop, pop, and R&B for several years to come. - HMV

BEPs managing to stay in the top 10 continually from May-end of the year then! :o

Yay, I knew this would stick out in the top ten for a while, and it's back in the top 3 onj iTunes so should stick around. 33 weeks without a BEP-less top 10 :o IGF didn't deserve 17 weeks top ten, I hope this gets 18 weeks top ten LOL.
