Worst - all those Hip-Hop ones such as Dizze Rascal, Chipmunk, Flo Rida etc. along with JLS and Joe McElderry

 

Joe McElderry's version of The Climb pales to insignificance towards the Miley Cyrus original.

If any pop act has defined 2009 it's Lady GaGa. 'Just Dance', 'Poker Face' and 'Bad Romance' are all excellent. Shame 'Paparazzi' didn't give GaGa four no. 1s this year.

 

As for The X Factor Finalists 2009. you know you're in trouble when talent like John & Edward, Rikki and Danyl "bum note" Johnson get an easy ride to no. 1 - makes a mockery of the UK charts when such songs like this get an easy ride to no. 1!!! Simon Cowell has a lot to answer for...and this coming from someone who watched The X Factor. At least Joe McElderry is talented and can sing in tune. Then again, 'The Climb' was a seriously uninspired choice of winners single. -_-
