Irrespective of that, those texts (whether sent in the "heat of the moment" (pathetic) or not) are completely inappropriate and downright disgusting.

This guy seems to me to have psychological problems if he's sending texts like that. And that's before the spitting in a girl fan's face is brought into the equation.

I'm actually really surprised because when they were on Jonathan Ross they all came across really well ...

I totally agree, he is just an immature little punk at heart and obviously hasn't grown up from his council estate days. I don't believe for one minute he has the kind of bottle to back up his threats, the girl could probably beat him up.. he looks like such a weakling.

Believe me, I would LOVE this to be the beginning of the end for them, because No 1 not withstanding, all their output so far has been complete sh*t. But I guess we're not going to get a Ross & Brand situation again, and this'll all be forgotten after a week. Shame, really..

Thanks for the links..

I like N Dubz..but surely he should know to deal with criticism & not everyone is going to like them.. after all it comes with being in the public eye

I remember also going to a football charity event.. with a lot of JLS fans wearing hoodies etc.. as they were playing

& Dappy was refusing to sign autographs for people that were wearing JLS merchandise :|

Yeah :( But sales are already split with Journey. If Joe's version is released I can see all three entering the top ten at once :o

Anyway :( @ the Glee songs all slipping except DSB... Still Sunday's channel 4 showing should help them climb next week :)

True, but the Joe version would be appealing to the same market as Glee, whereas the Journey version is more aimed at an older listener. I just hope your right, and the repeats should have a positive effect as it will reach a larger audience. How crazy would that be if all three were Top 10 at the same time :o

I'm a smidge confused....

Is Joe releasing 'Don't Stop Believing' then?

Well atm I think it's speculation, but Joe is performing it at the National Television Awards on the 20th January so Cowell might be trying to get a piece of the DSB pie while it's still hot.

Oh dear :/ Regardless of what this woman said he should've acted professionally... a chav is a chav after all though.

:w00t: Yeasayer Top 300! <3 They deserve at least Top 40 :(

Finally got to hear "One Shot", and not only it is the worst JLS single, but it is also the worst song I've got to hear in a long long long very long time. Ew. I don't get the appeal for them...

Line 'em up in a row.. one shot is all I need ^_^

Tbh, it's the only JLS song I remotely like. :kink: 'Everybody In Love' and 'Beat Again' were god awful.
I think that even more annoying is JLS' videos: each of them look the same. The same old song and dance! The record company weren't very inventive with them.

It wouldn't surprise me if the N-Dubz stories were fake...

Didn't a similar thing happen around the time 'Strong Again' was released? Something about them shouting abuse at people on a plane or something? It helped 'Strong Again' climb Top 30 (almost Top 20 at the time) from about the Top 50... so it wouldn't surprise me if it was an attempt to try and get 'Playin With Fire' climbing...

It's really weird. I know i've slated Ego in the past but after listening to the LL version of it on Youtube, i think it's great. Far better than the electro-pop version. The Sats actually have very good voices. Mollie's is probs the weakest but she makes up for it by looking stunning.

Voice wise. I'd say: Vanessa>>>>>>>>>>>>>Una>>>>>>Rochelle>>Frankie>>>Mollie

Vanessa could def have a solo career. I saw her on This Morning today (promoting Popstar to Operastar) and she looks amazing.

I wish Biffy would hurry up and reach Top 10 30! Stunning performance in the live lounge. They've covered 'Killing In The Name' for their cover... it's alright actually. COMPLETELY different to the original though LOL. (It's better imo)
I read late last year that SonyBMG had bought the rights to the song. Probably one of the reasons why it was widely rumoured to be The X Factor winners single. Then again, it was probably a load of horse manure and none of it was true.

SonyBMG is a big massive multinational record company worth well over $3 billion. One small part of that is the subsidiary SyCo records which is what Simon Cowell runs and has the smallest turnover of the 12 subsidiaries:

1. Columbia Records

2. Epic Records

3. RCA Records|RCA Music Group

4. Jive Label Group

5. Legacy Recordings

6. Sony Music Nashville

7. J Records [2000]

8. Sony Masterworks

9. Sony Music Latin [2009]

10. Verity Records [1994]

11. Provident Label Group [1997]

12. Syco Music

I know Simon Cowell is loaded but even I find it funny/scary the idea of Simon Cowell owning SonyBMG, as it is more a case of SonyBMG owning Simon Cowell which is why he encourages SonyBMG tracks to be sung and recorded by his X-Factor acts at every opportunity as he is rumoured to be on a first week royalty deal from a secret 5 year deal he signed with SonyBMG in 2005.
