 since when did acting like a cock equal having a personality? leona is just stoic and doesn't engage with people, she wouldn't be any better acting like a prick at an award show.

But the fact he expresses his opinions on things shows his personality, surely?

I wasn't just saying it all in relation to that one incident anyway, just in general he obviously has a big personality. The whole 'big ego' thing obviously adds to that, showing that he is passionate about what he does and he thinks a lot of himself (rightly so imo).

Whilst I love my Kayne West, he really does has an huge ego. His next album is supposedly titled "Good Ass Job"

Ummm big headed much?

Yes, he does have a big ego, but I think that's fair enough tbh. If I'd made the records he had I'm sure I'd be pretty big headed too!

He plays up to it now. I mean, it's common knowledge that he has a big ego, so why shouldn't he call his new album that?! Hmmm that made sense in my head, not sure if it did so much written out... =[

I don't understand how people can criticise someone like Leona Lewis for having no personality (which I don't believe is true btw) and at the same time strongly dislike someone like Kanye for having a personality. It truly baffles me. But then so do most things about BJ really.

I hate both Leona and Kayne, do i win a prize?

EDIT:

Nicky says:

You get a prize

For hating Leona

However

I'll take it away from you for hating Kanye

Mariana & The Diamonds has very different musclar voice which i hate

Oh yeah. I know it's the fashionable thing to rave about Hollywood right now, but I can't. The woman pisses me off, the vocals are HORRIBLE.

ALL OF YOUR OPINIONS ARE OBSOLETE

omg what lush production ugh

kanye west and lil' wayne are the only two good things about mainstream rap atm. gucci mane too perhapzz and drake to a certain extent.

Seeing how he won Villain of The Year at the NME Awards last night, do I take it you are a big fan of previous winners of this same award Robbie Williams; Osama Bin Laden; Simon Cowell & George W. Bush?

I see Jonas Brothers won worst album  I'm intrigued to know how many people that vote for that actually ever heard it in full, or any part of it at all for that matter - I'm guessing close to zero which rather destorys any credibility of that particular award. In what way can 'The Fame' possibly be considered worst album? It has weaker songs towards the end I suppose but two thirds of it are boundary pushing pop which rightfully assisted in her making as a modern day icon.

I was mad at Kanye West for 5 minutes.

I agree with Ben... Jesus Walks is AMAZING. Late Registration <333

I hate those artists who keep Marina's album on 5th place atm  Hate all the Marina haters too.
Why are the new Sugababes lite in the papers again today cussing Keisha. It is becoming beyond a joke that this seems to be the only theme that gets them press attention.Hate them.Kanye's early stuff was great Through the Wire, Jesus Walks and All Falls Down but something is really off with him these days.

'Blackout' also won worst album even though it's probably the best of her career. NME don't have any credibility whatsoever, they've had Simon Cowell & Cheryl Cole on the cover for starters.

He might be a musical genius (although of that genre I think he is nothing compared to Dr Dre or Chuck D), but in my eyes that does not justify behaving like a Grade A See You Next Tuesday.

I think the fact that Lady GaGa was ALSO nominated for Villain of the Year says everything about the credibility of that award. Oh, and Simon Cowell being nominated but not winning. Srsly, interrupting the award of some dull-ass bitch gets you Villain of the Year? If I was Kanye I'd be parading that.

Yeah, I'mma change this a bit. NME is $h!t and irrelevant. GO BACK TO 1995 WHERE YOU BELONG NME.

I'm done.

TBH they didn't say one bad thing about Keisha in that interview. The bad thing were from what the interviewer put about past interviews.

Kanye West, Chris Brown and Liam Gallagher. The biggest divs evers.

I'm no Kayne West fan. He's had some epic tracks but he really is a bit of a cock.

I find it best [like with La Roux and Lily] just to ignore what he says and just listen to the tracks by him i actually like.

Leona Lewis. Nothing against her, her music (though its a bit samey) or the fact that she won X-Factor. Or the fact she's extremely successful. Its mainly because of her nutty fans who think people are 'Leona haters' because they comment on the fact she isn't performing to her standard right now and that they bring other artists into it to bait others. Thats all.

Hardly, David Bowie won villain of the year in the NME in 1976 for his ill judged Nazi salute in front of the UK media at a war memorial ceremony for the Allied dead ... and the NME worshipped David Bowie.

As for Lady GaGa you are forgetting the NME friendly La Roux, Lily Allen & Kasabian did interviews bashing her talent so it is no surprise she is disliked by a significant number of its membership.

The NME readership also voted David Bowie Best & worst artist in 1973; and Kate Bush won worst artist in 1978 so it is hardly surprising that they are suspicious of acts that are different to the usual indie/alternative acts they love.
