February 23, 201015 yr its kinda sick watching that number go up the amount of people who are being cheated by apples over inflated prices. Edited February 23, 201015 yr by Jmh123
February 23, 201015 yr It's going up like 100 songs a second atm :o. Imagine When the americans and japanese are all awake! :o I wish Apple became nice and lowered prices though back down to 79p. Instead of £1 a song now :/
February 24, 201015 yr Just worked out that it took 43 seconds for the counter to go up by 5000, meaning it's selling about 116 songs per second at the moment!! :o
February 24, 201015 yr i've just watched it do 10,000 in just under 2minuets.... crazy! just did another 10,000 in a minuet, seriously woah!
February 24, 201015 yr When do you think will hit it, a couple of days? Will have to keep checking total and try and win haha Probably later today. February 24, 201015 yr So this win a prize for the 10 billionth download.... how does it work if you're a free entry who hasn't bought a thing
February 24, 201015 yr The counter isn't real, it's a fake webpage counter. You can disconnect from the internet and it carries on counting!
February 24, 201015 yr Bob the Builder is probably already the 10th billion download. They probably have a set time to give the prize away and announce it. Work it out people and Simples!
February 24, 201015 yr Author The counter isn't real, it's a fake webpage counter. You can disconnect from the internet and it carries on counting! It does update when you leave the page and then come back again. So it must be getting some info from the apple site. I suspect it gives you the true number when you go to the page and then is just a simple counter, so refreshing the page every now will get the true number. Edited February 24, 201015 yr by Olympus
