I think this could be my fave of herws since 'Save The Lies' Ive also been listening to her alot more since discovering she is Leona's support act on tour!

I hate the verses, it just irritates me as it sounds like she's lost the steam to carry on the rest of the line. The only thing I really like is the 'my heartbeats ticking' ... massive let-down after the amazing On A Mission, obviously.

My favourite part of the song is "so don't move real quick...", really makes it. I love it and it's a more than worthy follow-up to 'On A Mission' but I don't think anything she releases from this album after it stood a chance of doing well unfortunately.

I really think they're going to regret releasing this. It's not a bad song by any means and whilst the album is superb, nothing was ever going to go top 10. However, some of them could have at least have gone top 40 if they were chosen as the second single.

This presumably will be lucky to make top 75?

I suspect she was told it was or under the impression it was, but got relegated to download only. Record labels aren't very good at informing their artists about stuff like that.

I thought 'On A Mission' was brilliant pop music that deserved to go top 10. I personally think 'Hearts Don't Lie' is horrendous and I'll be gobsmacked if this makes the top 75, yet alone the top 40.

 

Did they get Gabriella's pet cat to sing the "our hearts don't lie" bit in the chorus because it certainly sounds screechy. :no:
