This is all very confusing and detailed, I love it.

You register a country and capital city on here, a map is optional (I don't have one) as is a flag but if you read the opening post of August's contest it might say you need one as some hosts like to have them, they will probably be nice enough to make one for you though if you're not good at that kind of thing :P
