I have a feeling x tina will shoot up into top 5 in the next few days

Have you noticed the number of urban tracks that do sod-all for months outside the T40, then as soon as they scrape in, absolutely zoom up the charts?

It's as if their chav fanbase can't count more than 40... :P

Also, why would anyone want to 'ride solo' when there are so many hot babes around the music scene... :naughty:

What as in, they make it in to the lower reaches as album tracks based on initial hype alone (as Ridin' Solo did) and then naturally 'zoom up the charts' as soon as it's radio playlisted and a video comes out hence has a far bigger audience reach? Doesn't this happen to songs in every genre? Telephone/Poker Face spring to mind at least.

Maybe he meant like "Bedrock" that drifted for a while but as soon as it made the top 25 it didn't look like stopping...

I've downloaded the "Total eclipse of the hear" out of curiosity, and this is a very bad cover IMO :/

While I got into the show recently, and some of their covers are good enough to listen on Itunes ("It's my life/Confessions part II" is brillant :kink: ), this one is very boring and the arrangments are so poor (even worst than a X Factor charity single!). I guess I'll get why people download this one when I see the episode... but MEH, this is not bringing them any credibilty whatsoever, neither is this "fun" to listen to.

Chavs are like rats. They certainly breed like them and as soon as one gets wind of a slammin' new beat - you can bet the rest will be on it like an old woman on a street corner. *nods*

P.S I dunno what it is about TEOTH. Glee is obviously CHEESE to the nth degree but that's its appeal. It's so uplifting and makes people happy [well those who watch it] and TEOTH just manages to get in your head like most of their songs :(

Glee have a channel 4 airing tomorrow so hopefully (although it probably won't) it'll help it back up Top 3! :D

I just hope that for the next series, Glee people realise that although the show is shown on Monday's, they should still release the songs on the Sunday because that way they'll get more sales.

They do release on Sunday don't they? In fact aren't they released on the US airdate?

Glee songs are released on Monday in the UK, and Tuesday in the US.

Yeah I agree, they should release on a Sunday 00:01 along with all the other new releases for that week.

However, I don't think it'll mean they get more sales overall, it'll just mean they'll get more sales the first week (which I think is what you meant Jonjo). Every single week they're at a disadvantage due to the lack of Sunday sales, and have to play catch up all week.

That would prob still happen even if they released on a Sunday (as the real boost for the week doesn't happen until 10pm Monday evening) but the disadvantage they are at would be less and would lead to higher chart peaks for the majority of their songs.

I disagree completely!

Lea Michele sings it SO much better than the original and the arrangement is beautiful. It's amazing!

wow, it says te amo is being released 24th May, but can that be right as it hasnt even got a video out yet? Already at #13.!

Glee falling now, so may miss out on top 5, possibly get #8-#6?

Rachael from glee is incredible <3

New releases on sunday:-

17th May

Agnes – On And On Could do well, if its still being released...maybe not though as need you now flopped and havent really seen it on the TV or radio, but its pretty good.

Alexandra Burke feat Pitbull – All Night Long I guess will go to the top 10 with the album version dropping out...

B.o.B. feat Bruno Mars – Nothing On You #1 in a few hours  well thats what the hype suggests lol

Boyzone – Love Is A Hurricane Flop?

Drake – Over #34 on itunes atm, maybe top 30?

Ellie Goulding – Guns & Horses #42 on itunes atm, may scrape top 40?

Iyaz – Solo Top 5?

Jack Johnson – You & Your Heart Top 40? Or is that too ambitious..

Lethal Bizzle feat Luciana – Go Go Go ?

Glee down to #6, Fyfe up to #5 :o

Edward is just about to overtake Aggro, maybe Fyfe as well.

Splash at 35

What I think:

Agnes – On And On- will miss top 40

Alexandra Burke feat Pitbull- Top 10 definately, but about 6 or 7

B.o.B. feat Bruno Mars – Nothing On You - surefire number 1, although I did feel that way about Stereo Love, so we'll have to wait and see

Boyzone – Love Is A Hurricane- I think this could flop

Drake – Over- could go top 30, or maybe even top 20

Ellie Goulding – Guns & Horses- a 15-25 position for this

Iyaz – Solo- top 10 or top 5 according to some people- but not number 1

Jack Johnson – You & Your Heart- his singles are never his selling point, so top 60- the album could get to number 1

Lethal Bizzle feat Luciana – Go Go Go- never heard of this, flop

Didn't realise 'Over' was so high! :o

On & On still hasnt been relesead? I thought it had been, gone and flopped in to #167  Funny to see it relesead now, I see it as such a 2008 record.
