I see Rihanna doesn't even get a digital single release on iTunes again. Meaning that there is just one version (physicals are unlikely) bringing in the sales.

I wonder if Alicia will be able to chart higher than Rihanna this week. Rihanna's video isn't even out at the start of the week for when her release was scheduled. Alicia has TSWABH from 2 albums on iTunes, and it has a single release on iTunes. And the added extra of a B-side (which won't make difference but still!) It would be nice if she had physicals however I don't think she'll need them.

I don't like Dirtee Disco, I usually like his stuff but just can't get into it.

Eminem and N-Dubz

I can see them rescheduling Rihanna until at least 2 weeks after the video has prem'd.

Eww at HURTS though. The new releases this week are quite poor (bar Alicia & Glee tomorrow ['I Dreamed A Dream', 'Bad Romance' & 'Poker Face' ]) imo.

Hurts - Better than love: a magic return to electropop. I see in it the early SpandauDuran and a lot of Ultravox.
I just twigged who Daniel Pearce is

The member on the far left :D Five Flop Voices

It's that guy that tried for X-Factor last year, isn't it? :o

Good god, a top 40 debut for Hurts :o That one completely slipped under the radar for me, I was thinking low top 75 peak at best! I just wish the success was happening to Wonderful Life :drama:

11. Alicia Keys - Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart (162)

Great start for K'naan. I found myself humming 'Wavin' Flag' to myself at work last week.

Surprised that Dizzee and Eminem are both so low down compared to Hurts. I suspect 'Dirtee Disco' and 'Not Afraid' will shoot up iTunes during the course of today. Iirc, 'Replay' by IYAZ started off really low down, then suddenly rocketed to no. 1 by close of Sunday.

I hope Dizzee doesn't climb to #1 on name alone, it's nowhere near the league of Bonkers and Dance Wiv Me in my opinion. I actually just listened to the K'Naan track for the first time and it's very good!

It's again dealing with the 'Urban acts start low then rocket high' factor. I'm sure they'll be fine by the end of the day.

And 'Rated R' campaign is held absolutely disgustingly. They don't add any EP bundles, they don't release any physicals, they are dramatically late with the videos... It's just horrendous.

I discovered 'Wavin' Flag' when it was no. 1 in Canada earlier this year. They've recently had Young Artists For Haiti spent about 5 weeks at no. 1 there with a Band Aid style version featuring Nelly Furtado, Avril Lavigne...and Justin Bieber.

In fact, 'Wavin Flag' could be this years 'Hips Don't Lie'. :o

Is this in reference to 'Te Amo' or just the whole Rihanna era? Have to admit, I found 'Te Amo' to be a really poor choice of single after the brilliant 'Rude Boy'.

Arrs it cant be that bad as rihanna isnt doing that badly..

Solo iyaz is #1 on albums :0

#20 on singles chart, definitely top 5.
