Why is all sudden Plan B love/hate? He's definitely interesting artist and stands out from the whole chart IMO. Not that I love him, I haven't still listened to his album but I can't see him as one of the worst acts in 2010.

Plan B's always been love/hate on here...

Btw, i'd like to add that I don't think Radio 1 is extremely effective anymore. Lemar, Gabriella, Miley, Selena, Christina, Alexandra and Usher (at first) all prove it.

 

It IS vital. Selena was a rare exception, Usher and Alexandra were lucky to have universal support from everywhere else, Miley's profile is too big to completely flop with a new song, same with Christina but she's not gonna make the top 10 with this and I'm willing to bet that's why. Lemar was a minor hit at best, it scraped the top 10 and dropped down the chart like a rock, same with Gabriella plus her album bombed.

:lol: their Umbrella cover is on a Swedish compilation album I bought recently so inadvertently on my iTunes library - it is indeed horrible :lol: But I can see the novelty of this concept, and why it's doing so well.

She's hardly a big name, would any TV shows even have her performing or anything? If it can make the top 75 that would be better than I expected for it.

 

I think Muse will make #6 on Sunday, I haven't managed to hear the song yet though. And oh no, please don't let '3 Lions' get top 10. It's so tedious. :drama:

It's a shame I can't even name 5 of those new songs that are any good though :P

I think Muse may take Derulo before the weekend and drop back down again but they stand no chance against B.O.B
