Kate shot the video to "Kiss That Grrrl" a few days ago.

Give up, Grrrl. The song's alright, but she's just embaressing herself now.

Anyway, I think this will flop despite how good it is. Oh well.

Will be lucky to make Top 75 tbh.

Shes not relevant anymore really is she :lol: Always thought she was overrated tbh.

Can't see this doing anything at all. The new album wore off me incredibly quickly, probably because 4 or 5 of the songs are unlistenable. But the songs that I loved didn't hold my attention for long either. :(

It's sad that people are writing this off already. It's a brilliant song, better than DWD.

 

However to get the plays and people talking again I think Paris would be the best choice... I really hope she can turn it around..

I must be like one of three people who really likes this album? LOL

I like it too.

 

It's a shame it hasn't done as well as her debut, but it was never going to - especially with the type of music that's on there.

 

I really love "Early Christmas Present". Particularly everything after "'Cause if you run into the eye of the storm". the background vocals and harmonies are nice.

OK choice, although Paris was the obvious, this would be 2nd tbh. Shame it'll flop on it's ass :(

that's a nice video actually. better than I was expecting. :P

I also think it could do decently. I think the main reason 'do wah doo' flopped was because it was released earlier than expected, then removed again before being re-added a couple weeks later, as was 'not myself tonight'. however, considering how badly the album has done...

Three performances for "Do-Wah-Doo" was bad.

 

I always get the feeling she doesn't care anyway. She seems happy just releasing music & playing those festivals and doing her own tour and stuff.

I find it weird how she's done SO badly with this era. I mean I know it's not unexpected, but I honestly think these two singles are way way better than anything off her debut barring 'Pumpkin Soup' and she looks so much better too.

Fair enough if you don't like Foundations but you surely can't think these new singles have wider appeal than it Aly? It's not hard to see why they've tanked.

The overly forced accent on songs like 'Foundations' just grated on me so much, and 'Mouthwash' was just horrible. :puke:

 

But I suppose they don't have as wide an appeal, no.
