June 20, 201016 yr 2000 better than last year again :o Heh, for me it was always far better, but each to their own I guess :P I think it was my favourite year, especially if you add the european and US hits that year, perfect. OMFG I used to love that song  Can't believe it flopped here, ditto Enrique's Be With You, even though it was a big European hit. Same, actually I didn't mind the rock music of 2000, especially the US hits like "Everything You Want", "Absolutely (Story Of A Girl)" by Nine Days, or "Bent" by Matchbox 20. "Be With You" was huge over here, so pleased it was a US #1 too :) Their chart was more varied back then for sure.
June 20, 201016 yr As much as I love Kylie... I hope Example can nab the number 3 slot as I prefer Kickstarts to ATL...
June 20, 201016 yr Fab, love that  I'm not sure that was the UK mix though? Nope. There was the original version, and the european remix which is this one. The UK had a more housey remix, not as good imo.

June 20, 201016 yr Nope. There was the original version, and the european remix which is this one. The UK had a more housey remix, not as good imo. I thought so, the Precious Paul mix IIRC. My AOL Username was AlexiaFan back then
June 20, 201016 yr I thought so, the Precious Paul mix IIRC. My AOL Username was AlexiaFan back then  Lolz. I was a big fan too. European Retro pick: W71vjwtF3r8 Basic Connection - Angel Don't Cry 1998

June 20, 201016 yr Today i'm hoping that Kylie is either #3 or #4, Alejandro can scrape the top 10 and Commander is in the top 15 (I doubt it will be though :() :)
June 20, 201016 yr Nice song but tbh I can't rmeember on that :o Hit in Italy, Spain and here in Portugal.
June 20, 201016 yr Hola everyone :D Up to 113 out of (I assume) 242 stars on Super Mario Galaxy 2. Getting there. Shall be doing recaps once more - hope K'naan has somehow scraped that #1
June 20, 201016 yr Hit in Italy, Spain and here in Portugal. I don't really remember it either, but I remember and love Hablame Luna
June 20, 201016 yr What an awful top 5 we had last week in the singles, I only like 2 of those. Faves: 2009 01. (7) David Guetta / Kelly Rowland - When Love Takes Over (shame Commander isn't having similar success this year) 02. (1) Pixie Lott - Mama Do 03. (2) The Black Eyed Peas - Boom Boom Pow 04. (3) Agnes - Release Me 08. (13) Lady Gaga - Paparazzi 10. (9) Veronicas - Untouched 2005 02. (6) James Blunt - You're Beautiful 03. (7) Audio Bullys Ft Nancy Sinatra - Shot You Down 04. (3) Akon - Lonely 05. (4) Gorillaz - Feel Good Inc 08. (-) Green Day - Wake Me Up When September Ends 2000 02. (1) Sonique - It Feels So Good  03. (-) Darude - Sandstorm 04. (2) S Club 7 - Reach 06. (8) Mary Mary - Shackles (Praise You) Rooting for K'naan this week but have Shout For England will probably nab it. This is going to be a good week for Glee, I can see Over The Rainbow, AWYWI/LTS and Don't Stop Believin' being top 40 this week. Oasis are pretty much guaranteed the top spot in the album chart, it is more a case now how close wetre Glee to beating them this week. They could have potentially high sales with all the UK promo they have done this week.
June 20, 201016 yr Does K'naan have a hope of #1 this week? "Shout" is growing on me a lot but I hope it's not #1 as "Wavin' Flag" has no chance next week.
