February 22, 201312 yr I agree, but what an EPIC chart run. Being at #3 on your 21st charting week is so incredibly rare - probably only beaten by "Relax", "Think Twice" and "Rivers of Babylon". Doubt we'll ever see anything quite like that again. Kings Of Leon's 'Use Somebody' was #3 on its 22nd week (all of which were in the top 50). 29-29-38-48-50-30-25-21-17-15-10-2-7-5-6-5-8-8-10-11-12-3-... To be fair though, that was boosted back up that high due to their performance at the BRITs.

Andy Stewart was the '61 equivalent of Jason Mraz when "A Scottish Soldier" managed an unbroken run of 36 weeks in the UK Top 40 and peaked at #19 TWICE, the second time almost half a year after it originally peaked. 46-21-{19}-26-27-26-28-29-29-26-34-32-27-34-39-31-26-25-32-29-29-34-37-29-29-30-31-31-32-29-19-24-26-24-25-27-28-43-XX-XX-45-43 (40 weeks) :blink:

Jump Smokers) - {2}-5-7-12-17-19-23-30-38-38-51-65-x (top 75) It's weird cause it was SO SHORT for such an amazing song. February 23, 201312 yr I'm surprised no one's mentioned Usher's 'DJ Got Us Falling In Love Again': 20-20-20-20-21-24-17-14-{7}-11-14-18-10-15-24-31-37-44-52-64-72R(3)-56-67->23 Pretty weird that it spent its first 4 weeks on the chart locked at No. 20, and then after starting to fall it eventually bounced back and made the Top 10.
February 23, 201312 yr Garbage - Shut Your Mouth 20 - Out :cry: Also a mention to the Eurythmics - not a chart run, but chart placings - Apart from #7 they have peaked at every spot between #1 and #12 with only one single. Quite a rare feat i'd imagine. #1 - There Must be an Angel #2 - Sweet Dreams #3 - Who's That Girl #4 - Sexcrime #5 - Thorn in My Side #6 - Love is a Stranger #8 - Here Comes the Rain Again #9 - Sisters are doing it for themselves #10 - Right By Your Side # 11 - I Saved the World Today # 12 - It's Alright (Baby's Coming Back) It's a shame they never got a #7. I think Pink's record is just as impressive though, as she's now had at least one single peak at every position between #1 and #13. Who knows, maybe Just Give Me A Reason could peak at #14! February 23, 201312 yr Shakira's top 40 run for Hips Don't Lie was great! 3-2-{1}-2-2-3-1-1-1-1-2-2-5-7-6-10-13-13-17-21-28-31-30-28-28-37-OUT-33-31 Who the hell has a week at #1, only to return for a full month more later on!?!
