This mistake hasn't been corrected in the last 3 weeks judging by reviews in late June!

28-Jun:

"Such a bargin for people who've yet to purchase.

Great pop record... iTunes album sales count for little to official but it would be great to see it sneak into top 100."

You're right - that review indicates it has been that price for at least 3 weeks

Though I suspect it was fixed very quickly on that day, and the error crept back in today, otherwise we would have noticed it on the iTunes Albums Chart.

Either that, or it only just started to be publicised? Don't expect to see the album in the official top 40 because of this by the way, iTunes album sales are very small.

ohh i thought most album sales come from itunes, where does the most album sales come from in shops? or a different site?

the shops

Albums tend to go up the charts when on sale in HMV, so would it be fair to say most album sales come from HMV? I don't know which other shops really sell CDs these days, not since Woolworths went under, and my local WHSmith no longer seems to sell CDs.

I have it already thanks :P But I would reccomend. It's criminal that they underperformed here but that's what you get for having a label that refuses to release you elsewhere until you get a hit in America. :/

Is nothing on their first album though. Now that's a record that kicks ass! I've gone all nostalgic and am listening to it now.

Supermarkets. Though they only stock the mainstream, casual releases to lure the average buyer. At Sainsburys we have all the X Factor related ones and the popular chart acts like Kylie, Enrique etc.

Also independent record stores and Power Play. It's this hideously overpriced shop that took over the Zavi in Leicester. I don't know if it's elsewhere...

How could I forget the supermarkets? :drama: I mean, I've bought two albums from Morrisons in the past 5 months

PS y'all should buy Hook Me Up purely for Revenge Is Sweeter [Than You Ever Were].

Spammage over.

:o Shocked at just how good this album is - God knows how/why i never bothered with this before - Would have happily paid £9.99 for this!

Well, if they're finally getting the recognition they've deserved for so long.

bought. decided that if they do charge me extra, I'll get watchdog on them. :D

They can't/won't charge you extra for their error - They could have cancelled your order and offered you the item at the higher correct price if this was a physical CD ordered from an online site but by selling it to us at 79p they have agreed the sale and price at point of purchase ;)
