EDIT: Okay, now I am confused. It still says 79p on the actual chart but when I am listening to a song I from the album (as I bought it earlier), on the genuis bar it suggests the album at a price of £4.99 :o?

All the money the record company could have potentially lost they will make up in extra publicity for the band. Expect this is be all over pop blogs/entertainment pull-outs over the next few days.

Its being talked about on at least 10 sites i know of this time though.

Unfortunately digital downloads for albums don't have much effect on the charts. :( It's like 85% physical in the albums chart.

Still, if even just 500 people download this (most will like/love I imagine :P) that's potentially more fans for the next release. Every little helps :P

I know digital sales are low but then again so are album sales overall at the moment - If this stays at 79p for the rest of the week can see this sneaking in the Top 100/75
