Yeh I wouldn't count Eminem out just yet, they had a 5k lead after Friday mids so I'm sure they would have nearly closed the gap yesterday. I think it's gonna be really close especially if Eminem can rapidly gain today :)

Because 'Gold Dust' is a great song. It's been a constant grower with me - the more I hear it, the more I like it. :D

Gold Dust rising is probably just because it's the weekend.

Yeah, it's doing really amazing, considering! It's not just in the UK either. It's still number-one in France, Italy, Spain and Europe.

 

It's been number-one for over 10 weeks in Spain and Italy! :o

I'm not sure that it's only the weekend effect for 'Gold Dust'. It didn't do as well last weekend. I hope Hitstastic is right and it's indeed a slow-burner for the audience. :magic: I will be very happy to see Fresh in the top-20 next week somehow. It's at #19 & 111 now. We'll see how he will do next week... But there are a LOT of strong releases next week!

 

Stromae is reclimbing indeed and I hope he won't fall since next Monday like he fell this week. B-list could help it too? :unsure: And once it goes top-40 officially it will be a lot more recognised by music channels and commercial radio stations. I'm still VERY thankful to Radio 1 for supporting it.

 

Another release I'm following is Inna's 'Amazing' but it's destined to be a top-15 now. :( They need very fresh, catchy follow-up which will be different to 'Hot' and 'Amazing'. And also I think they should've released the album after 'Amazing' but what can I ask from AATW?

It's not so much that they're still downloading it, it's more that people began downloading it really early. I mean, it went to #2 on iTunes with no promotion at all, basically, when the album got released.

 

Also, I was thinking it's a shame Stromae got #41 last week. On Viva, they play the whole of the top 40 everyday, so he's missed out on a lot of promotion from that, and other similar things. He should do better this week though. Last week he fell duirng the weekend, and this weekend he is climbing, which is a good sign.

It wont happen they started climbing too late but the video is everywhere.Really pleased for DJ Fresh a song and a video that works to perfection.Moving onto Start Without You if I place a bet that it will get to No 1 will you pay me back if she does not.
