July 16, 200619 yr 34 (from 25) Paul Oakenfold Feat. Brittany Murphy - Faster Kill Pussycat 33 Rooster - Home http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/82876862852.JPG The first single from their 2nd album 'Circles And Satellites', 'Home' was recorded in Los Angeles at the famous Sound City Studios (where albums by Nirvana and Red Hot Chilli Peppers were recorded). It was produced by Matt Wallace (Maroon 5, Faith No More) who brought out the best in the band's songwriting, forcing them to think deeper and longer about what they were doing. The result is a far more mature and confident album than their debut. 'Home' was the first song written for the new album, and is about how the band feels more comfortable in themselves - both personally and musically. - HMV track listing * 1. Home * 2. In Your Head Discussion here This is Rooster's fifth but lowest top 40 hit ever lets hope the album does better.

July 16, 200619 yr Do you think Nylon have dropped out :o :( No, they were top 30 in the mids and Milburn have fallen past them. I'm thinking 27/28ish.
July 16, 200619 yr This is Rooster's fifth but lowest top 40 hit ever lets hope the album does better. Things don't look good for Rooster.

July 16, 200619 yr 31 (from 28) Kooks - Naive http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/VSCDX1911.JPG Youthful indie rockers The Kooks return with new single 'Naive'. Taken from their recent top ten debut album 'Inside In/Inside Out', 'Naïve' is the follow-up to their last single 'You Don't Love Me' which reached no.12 in the UK charts, and demonstrates a fairly subdued and sensitive side to the band. From the Album Inside In/Inside Out. Album discussion thread here
July 16, 200619 yr Nylon  Milburn were above them in midweeks so I'm hoping they've climbed higher. I'm so chuffed if they've beaten the likes of Richie Ashcroft and Rooster who are established chart acts.
July 16, 200619 yr Things don't look good for Rooster. You might be right but I don't think Rooster are gonna give up.
July 16, 200619 yr This is Rooster's fifth but lowest top 40 hit ever lets hope the album does better. That album isn't even gonna come out as they've been dropped.. if you don't believe then look at what it says on their album page on HMV and it says it's been deleted. Even if it does come out it's bound to be a big flop.
July 16, 200619 yr You might be right but I don't think Rooster are gonna give up. I dont think they have to, the record company will for them.
