July 16, 200619 yr HMV are often inaccurate. It maybe the album has been put back or something different. Maybe, there was a thread about it here not so long ago about them apparently being dropped but I don't think they provided a source so we'll see ;)

July 16, 200619 yr Nylon - Losing A Friend - ooh I heard this in France (in a Super Marche last week) & wondered what this was - I really like it, although it sounds like a generic Irish Eurovision song entry.
