Is it possible for their to be a VMA effect this week? Did it effect the chart last year? :unsure: :D

I remember Taylor Swift going top 40, but that was only because of the whole Kayne West incident :lol:

The chart should also have The Heroes concert effect this week, expect a few old tracks to rise a bit.

Awful for Robyn, not even cracked the top 100 yet :o

 

It's far from my favourite single of hers but her UK chart career can't really have much steam left in it if this is unlikely to even make the top 40 as the follow up to a top ten hit just a few months ago. Real shame :(

I've not heard Firework yet, but when I first listened to Take It Off the melody of both the verses and the chorus sounded VERY familiar. Also, I think Take It Off sounds a bit like Kickstarts.

Dam I hope The Manics take off soon- its doing what The Catalyst did and moving very slowly :(

Im gutted but far from suprised - "Dancing On My Own" dropped like a brick and the album didn't go Top 40, Such a shame as i think Robyn is one of the most talented and interesting artists around, Can see the 'Part 2' album struggling to go Top 75 next week :cry: :drama:

I know that Robyn is performing on MTV VMA's tonight, hope it's Hang With Me. Should get a boost by the end of tommorow night as that's when the VMA's are showing in the uk :( It kind of spoils it because we'll hear in the news what scandals and wins happened that night before watching it :( Guess it's bevause of the time difference though
