September 22, 201016 yr Great to see Taylor up to B-List. Obviously Joe would be added. The Wanted have been added too... -_-
September 22, 201016 yr Nice to see Taylor,, Eliza, M.I.A., Marina, Joe, Rihanna, Kelly, Pixie, Magnetic and SHM ft. Tinie doing well  Edited September 22, 201016 yr by Liam Gleek.
September 22, 201016 yr By the way, Rihanna is scheduled to 24th October (!) now judging by R1's website. It will be funny if she does a 'Meet Me Halfway'. But I like Cheryl's song more so I hope Chezza will still grab #1. Well, I'm sure she will anyway. :P
September 22, 201016 yr No saturdays :o Obviously, they usually playlist about 3 weeks before release date.
September 22, 201016 yr No saturdays :o Why should they be there? Yes, they are doing quite well in iTunes but it is record label to blame that they put the release date to 31st of October. And Radio 1 starts to support The Wanted. No surprise but quite glad for them even I don't like the song much. Guys, do you have the UK Radio Edit for Tim Berg's song? How does it sound? Nothing groundbreaking in the playlist this time. I think they will playlist Cheryl and maybe Nadine next week. Maybe Sats will be there too.
September 22, 201016 yr Author The radio edition of Bromance is with vocals ;) 31st October for Higher is beyond ridiculous...
September 22, 201016 yr Shame about Brandon :( And Kylie, she is not gonna do well with GOMW i don't think.

September 22, 201016 yr Yay for Taylor moving up, and Tim, Joe, Rihanna, Jay & Nicki and The Wanted being added :cheer: Did someone say that Rihanna is released the same week as Cheryl :o Well, I prefer PT to FFTL, but OG is probably Rihanna's best song imo, so I hope Rihanna will win the battle :kink:

September 22, 201016 yr I'm not sorry but 'Umbrella', 'Disturbia', 'Unfaithful' and 'Don't Stop the Music' are Rihanna's best singles - in that order. Reverse Disturbia and Umbrella's order and I'd pretty much agree with that. Only Girl (In The World) is far too generic to be her best single, those four pretty much sounded like nothing else out at their respective times of release whereas this single sounds like everything out at the moment. Very pleased to see Tim Berg added although I do prefer the instrumental by far this time, I'm not sure the vocals fit perfectly, it's certainly no Toca's Miracle/Groovejet/Perfect Exceeder perfect marriage situation. Interesting, but expected, to see them supporting The Wanted this time around, and nice to see Joe on their too - Ambitions is fantastic!

Only Girl sounds very like a UK song, like something Roll Deep or Example might do. It sounds much more generic in the UK than it will do in the USA. Yeah, with songs like Bromance, I'm In Love, Miami 2 Ibiza, etc. you get used to the instrumentals, and when they get round to adding vocals in, it can take a while to get used to. I think Bromance is okay now though. I would not have expected it to be like Perfect Exceeder.
