September 26, 201015 yr 33 (from 24) The Saturdays - Missing You [P] http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/2743367.JPG Chart Run: 3-7-11-16-26-24-33 [7 wks] Release date: 09-08-2010 Format: CDS Number of Discs: 1 Catalogue Number: 2743367 Label: polydor The U.K-based teen pop outfit the Saturdays formed in 2007 under the auspices of Polydor's Fascination Records. The five-piece girl group sports an accessible, melodic electro-pop sound tailored for pop radio, not to mention eye-catching good looks. In 2008 their debut single, "If This Is Love," hit number eight on the U.K. charts, only to be surpassed by "Up," which made it to number five, and "Issues" which reached number four. Their full-length studio album, CHASING LIGHTS, appeared in late 2008, followed soon after by a cover of the Depeche Mode synth-pop classic, "Just Can't Get Enough." With Spice Girls-inspired colour-coordinated outfits and distinct musical personalities, the Saturdays instantly captured the attention of the U.K. media, appearing on several television shows including the drama HOLLYOAKS LATER and the children's show ROSS LEE'S GHOULIES. - HMV Video here: y_-UiAwEgbQ Chart history (Year peak title): 2008 08 If This Is Love 2008 05 Up 2008 04 Issues 2009 02 Just Can't Get Enough 2009 22 Work 2009 02 Forever Is Over 2009 09 Ego 2010 03 Missing You 2010 62 Higher http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/uploads/group_images/of_147.png
September 26, 201015 yr 32 (from 13) McFly - Party Girl [P] http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/2749502.JPG Chart Run: 6-13-32 [3 wks] Release date: 06-09-2010 Format: CDS Number of Discs: 1 Catalogue Number: 2749502 Label: Island UK pop quartet McFly burst on to the chart scene with a fresh twist on the boy band formula, they played their instruments! They wrote their own material! Lead vocalist and chief songwriter Tom Fletcher originally tried out for Busted, but when he was beaten to the position by Charlie Simpson the band's management held further auditions to form a new outfit centred around him. The links between the two bands were cemented when Fletcher contributed material for Busted b-sides, and the two bands toured together in 2003. The invaluable exposure from the tour helped push McFly's debut single, "5 Colours In Her Hair" to the top of the UK singles chart where it was promptly joined by debut full length ROOM ON THE 3RD FLOOR. Follow-up effort, WONDERLAND, matched that achievement and in 2006 they moved into the movies, starring alongside Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan in the film JUST MY LUCK. - HMV Video here: Rrn6BbM0TRQ Chart history (Year peak title): 2004 01 5 Colours In Her Hair 2004 01 Obviously 2004 03 That Girl 2004 05 Room On The 3rd Floor 2005 01 All About You / You've Got A Friend 2005 01 I'll Be OK 2005 03 I Wanna Hold You 2005 09 Ultraviolet / The Ballad Of Paul K 2006 01 Don't Stop Me Now / Please Please 2006 01 Star Girl 2006 03 Sorry's Not Good Enough / Friday Night 2007 01 Baby's Coming Back / Transylvania 2007 03 The Heart Never Lies 2008 02 One For The Radio 2008 04 Lies 2008 18 Do Ya / Stay With Me 2010 06 Party Girl Discussion Thread Here

September 26, 201015 yr Hopefully Airplanes will overtake this in the YTD chart, I have a feeling it might just miss the Y/E top 10... or scrape in at 9 or 10 at best. Airplanes will overtake her. But she will most probably overtake Helping Haiti single, she only needs about 4.5k a week averagely by the end of the year to overtake it. She *might* end up in the low top-10 but 99% won't drop out.
