September 28, 201015 yr Why though? Because she has a huge fanbase who are eager to collect her releases.
September 28, 201015 yr Morrissey top 30 with a re-release :o It won't stay top 40 tough. Surprised Status Quo are so low. And what's with KT Tunstall entering? No Ash :o And this is the final release Edited September 28, 201015 yr by ~ braysephone ~
September 28, 201015 yr Author There is 11 new entries to the 40, some of the acts at the lower end of the chart will probably fall out by the end of the week, notably the X Factor related tracks, bit of a clearout to the 40. Status Quo might just get a footing of the top 40 on Sunday, but its too early to tell just yet.
September 28, 201015 yr Wow Adele is high! Hope she sticks there! Also Kylie is alot higher than I thought she would be, nice to see physicals do still sell somewhat, even though I think GOMW is a pretty average song
September 28, 201015 yr Surprised Status Quo are so low. A lot of people have been having problems buying the single from HMV. Some being told by staff that they hadn't been delivered yet or the single wasn't out yet, only for a different member of staff being able to find it in the stockroom, some stores only ordering SIX copies, etc. Quo only have Alan Titchmarsh today and that's it. Most of the promo was done last week.

September 28, 201015 yr Awww I wish there were sales for Kylie so we had a rough idea of her chances :(
September 28, 201015 yr Because she has a huge fanbase who are eager to collect her releases. Like me! I used to buy 2 or 3 physicals a week, now I only buy releases buy Kylie and Girls Aloud for completist reasons. And Delta when she finally resurfaces (I import all of the physicals from Oz). Really pleased with #8 as it shouldn't go below #15 in the officials :D Nice to see Mark Ronson's album #1 - really good album. Surprised to see KT Tunstall top five, and top 40 in the singles - I thought interest in her had vanished now! HUGE sales for Tinie :o On course for around 120-130k, surely?
September 28, 201015 yr Yay, 100k practically guaranteed for Tinie now :w00t: He could even break Katy's record for the highest first-week sales in 2010 (bar Helping Haiti obviously, but that doesn't really count as it was a charity single) :o Edited September 28, 201015 yr by ~ braysephone ~
