September 28, 201015 yr Top 40 Only Singles 1 Tinie Tempah [54k] Holy crap, that's *some* total! Could be on for 120k for the full week. 2 Labrinth 3 Bruno Mars 4 Adele 5 Taio Cruz Top 10 8 Kylie Minogue Kylie's loyal fans turn out for her again! :cheer:
September 28, 201015 yr Oh and when is Tinie Tempah's album released ? It's gonna be MASSIVE. Not necessarily - having already pulled the best material from it, there will be much less incentive to buy the whole thing - likely cherry-picking instead. Edited September 28, 201015 yr by vidcapper
September 28, 201015 yr Oh and when is Tinie Tempah's album released ? It's gonna be MASSIVE. Next week. If I'm correct it'll be the first album by a British black rapper to get to #1 ever if it does so :o Tinchy Stryder and Chipmunk both got to #2 and Dizzee Rascal to #3 but none of them got to #1. The Streets and Plan B are both British rappers with #1 albums but both are white. Edited September 28, 201015 yr by ~ braysephone ~
September 28, 201015 yr Not necessarily - having already pulled the best material from it, there will be much less incentive to buy the whole thing - likely cherry-picking instead. People are not supposed to know he pulled the best material from it already. They will most probably think "ooh it's the album with the 3 monster hits, it must be a big album".
September 28, 201015 yr I'd also like to claim my rightful place as the first person to mention WITS on BuzzJack all the way back in April :magic: http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?s...t&p=3037473 Really should have been 2nd single, Frisky was a bit weak, WITS might have beaten Shout Edited September 28, 201015 yr by ~ braysephone ~
September 28, 201015 yr Surely if Tinie is selling 54k at number 1, then Bruno and Labrinth are surely on about 25-26k?? Considering I don't think Tinie got double bars over both of them acts until at least last night? I am probably completely wrong though haha. A slight sales increase for Bruno maybe/hopefully? Also, woah at Kylie! Hopefully she sticks Top15 at least though. Ohn yeah and I will gladly take that positioning for The Script  really pleased to see they seem to have overcome the "sophomor slump" or whatever it's called
September 28, 201015 yr Author We have lost Emma's Imagination (Focus :o and This Day), Maroon 5, McFly (3 weeks in the 40 ), Saturdays (MY), Stromae, Alesha, Missing Andy, Manic Street Preachers and Example (Kickstarts & Last Ones Standing) from last week's top 40 singles.
September 28, 201015 yr KT Tunstall doing far better than I expected! Obviously she'll drop during the week but I hope the album stays top 10 at least! :D
September 28, 201015 yr Brilliant for Kylie she really has a loyal fanbase hope she holds onto Top 10.No Alesha not out of the Top 40 already but hilarious that Mcfly are.Roberta Flack also Top 40 really hope she can hold on.

September 28, 201015 yr Mark Ronson, i just dont get him at all. Tinie will have a #1 album i hope, he deserves it! It was definnitely better for written in the stars to be his 3rd single and the single to lead the album! Edited September 28, 201015 yr by Breakeven
September 28, 201015 yr The kylie single is good, i am surprised it is struggling so much. That climb from physicals alone is ridiculous. I bet she falls out of the top ten because those sales will mostly have been pre-orders.
September 28, 201015 yr Shocked That The Saturdays have dropped as they have not dropped past 23 this week !
September 28, 201015 yr Author Anyone know roughly how much Quo have sold so far? I reckon the Quo are just behind Kylie physically wise, #2 in the physicals, unfortunately we don't have any sales material apart what's posted so far.
September 28, 201015 yr I reckon the Quo are just behind Kylie physically wise, #2 in the physicals, unfortunately we don't have any sales material apart what's posted so far. I would have thought Morrissey would be #2 after Kylie
September 28, 201015 yr Oh, i didnt even know kylies album was already outside the top 40 :o how many weeks did it spend in top 40?
