October 10, 201015 yr I like this, but I'm going off it now... it's had an INSANE chart run :o Wonder if they'll ever have another hit?
October 10, 201015 yr Regarding the contenders for number one, anyone other than Cee-Lo would be a crime. FU is magnificent. Robbie & Gary recorded such a boring song that I'm sure it's selling solely on famous names while Bruno Mars is one of the most overrated artists of the year. We No Speak Americano still hanging on in the Top 10 :yahoo:

October 10, 201015 yr The sooner 'Start Without You' disappears the better. :puke: I hope her next single is more in line with the previous three singles she released, all of which were brilliant pop songs, as well as 'The Silence'.
October 10, 201015 yr We No Speak Americano still hanging on in the Top 10 :yahoo: Top 20 not top 10. ^_^ It's right if you're saying Americano is top 10 of the year so far. Edited October 10, 201015 yr by Jason
October 10, 201015 yr another sharp drop for this- its not left yet, but I just know this is a total non number 1, deservedly so may I add -_-
October 10, 201015 yr 'Start Without You' is her most bearable song IMO. It's ridiculously catchy and I don't actually mind when I hear it and it gets stuck in my head.
October 10, 201015 yr another sharp drop for this- its not left yet, but I just know this is a total non number 1, deservedly so may I add -_- 4 weeks in the top 10 to me doesn't spell a non-number one, as much as I wish it was. Plus it's sold too much.
October 10, 201015 yr i wonder why Alexandra Burke, Alesha Dixon and Cheryl Cole didn't release anything in the States til now even though they've been saying it for months now.
October 10, 201015 yr 4 weeks in the top 10 to me doesn't spell a non-number one, as much as I wish it was. Plus it's sold too much. I know, but its fell awfully quickly since and her second week she was lucky nothing was out, and could be out of the top 40 within a few weeks

October 10, 201015 yr Top 20 not top 10. ^_^ It's right if you're saying Americano is top 10 of the year so far. oops, I meant Top 20 of course, thanks. Usher's next - pleasant hit for his standards, especially after the dreadful OMG.
October 10, 201015 yr I know, but its fell awfully quickly since and her second week she was lucky nothing was out, and could be out of the top 40 within a few weeks How many weeks in the top 40 would you say a single needs to spend to not be declared a "non number one"?
October 10, 201015 yr Probably a song that has fallen in average 5 places or more each week, would be considered a non hit. For any chart song, not just #1 songs.
October 10, 201015 yr How many weeks in the top 40 would you say a single needs to spend to not be declared a "non number one"? imo Id say 9 or 10 at least for a number 1 or a song that remains relatively steady, if it falls 5 or more places every week after its week at number 1, then its a bit flash in the pan Edited October 10, 201015 yr by chart wizard
