I dont understand your logic. This is a list of songs released in 2009. This is a list of the best selling songs of 2009. So why shouldnt it be included ?

I voted Jason Mraz! I don't hate the song, but I get bored of it if I hear it more than once a month, and I heard it slightly more frequently than that in 2009. :lol:

 

He's winning though, so far, so I'll have to somehow choose someone else to vote for by tommorrow or in a few days.
