Posted November 11, 201014 yr Realistically, one of the 6 tracks above has the best shot at #1 - but who do you think it will be?
November 11, 201014 yr Good poll to make :) I think Firework will probably be above one of these tracks, but not sure which? I'd probably rule out Westlife from this, but it could go to any of the other 5!
November 11, 201014 yr :o Britster. You have hijacked my weekly thread. I guess it was payback. :P Any I hope it's Like A G6 if not Only Girl.

November 11, 201014 yr I'm going out on a limb and saying Like A G6 but it could just as easily be JLS. None of the others stand a chance.
November 11, 201014 yr I'm gonna say JLS, perhaps FEM could beat out the Xfactor Finalists the week after?
November 11, 201014 yr JLS - HUGE sales week though. Whole top ten could sell over 45k maybe. If that did happen, then surely the #6-#10 would be some of the highest selling of all time. Earlier this year, One sold 50,000 to chart at #7, and that made like the top 10 highest sales to chart at #7, so 45,000 for a #10 would be incredible! :o
November 11, 201014 yr I'm gonna say JLS. However this year seems to be the year of the flop where 'sure fire hits' seem to be struggling in the longterm
November 11, 201014 yr My gut instinct is JLS as they have The X Factor performance on Sunday evening when the song will already be released to iTunes. They'll be promoting like crazy all next week concluding with Children In Need which could provide a little boost towards the end of next week. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Rihanna, Black Eyed Peas and Far East Movement all ended up outselling Take That and Westlife - even with their X Factor performances.
November 11, 201014 yr I believe TT could do it (40%) or Jls (50%) or the ultimate outsider BEPs(10%) who seem to have a massive single out(? lol) How worse could it get for Westlife? They might end up after Rihanna TT Jls BEPs and like a G6... out of top5!

They might end up after Rihanna TT Jls BEPs and like a G6... out of top5! What about Katy Perry? :kink: Westlife are totally irrelevant to music now - well, always have been but in the physical age they benefitted from older popular tracks running out of stock (hence always releasing in a quiet - look at their sales in 1999/2000 compared to other #1 singles at the time). I wouldn't be all surprised if 'Safe' ends up like 'The Flood' this week, or moreso Shayne Ward. Extremely front loaded and start dropping down iTunes from the Tuesday onwards as less and less people bother to buy the track. Another flash in the pan single for them with an eye watering 08-38-72 chart run. :D
November 11, 201014 yr Something tells me it will be JLS, its CIN next Friday so on the back of that it will white wash other competition in the shade.
