The sport question confused me. I didn't know whether two people counted as a team, because tennis was my first thought, but it's often played as doubles. Then I thought of swimming, but then remembered the relays...so then I went with Archery just to be safe  :(
I had the same thought process.. but went with boxing. :P
Whilst we are sort of on the subject(ish) of best songs from recent compilations (very ish), I feel the need to express my utter disappointment at Explode not being present on Nelly Furtado's best of.

You need to PUT DOWN THE FORK if you consider either chess or checkers to be physical.

Admittedly I was only going to put "FOR FAT PEOPLE" but I wholly concur. Again. :o

Well, that's what I've being taught by my middle-aged friends long time ago. :(

But you NEED to train a lot: when I was playing chess kinda professionally, we were trained a lot and did a lot of physical activities too. You need to keep your body fine to keep your mind clear.

In that you hate her or just hate the tracklisting?

I thought everyone liked Nelly Furtado at least a little bit, I'll allow anyone to hate the vile Promiscuous with a passion but I was surprised at just how many were actually quite okay upon first listen.

Is this gunna finish tonight lovers xx
These are both boarderline. They both have a big team element to them.

Swimming is more of a team sport than people realise.

Tennis can be too though (doubles), in fact most of these can be - it was a difficult one.

As for a Pink top 5, I really don't care very much for her at all - she's very hit and miss for me but my top 5 (excluding Lady Marmalade which I actually do love!) would be

1. Leave Me Alone (I'm Lonely)

2. U + UR Hand

3. So What

4. Just Like A Pill

5. Don't Let Me Get Me

Trouble and Last To Know were horrendous.

But either is Tennis. We have either 1x1 competitions or 2x2.

Oh, I LOVE Nelly to bits (Try is my favourite song of the century so far) but FUCK ME the bitch is a disappointment when it comes to new tracks and how utterly lazy she's been since Loose. If she'd come back with a proper album in 08 she could've been hitting Beyonce levels of stardom - instead she waits three years, puts out a low-key Spanish album and then farts out a GH with the direst single she's ever put her name to leading it off :(

Trouble and Last To Know were horrendous.

Most people seem to think so but I have no idea why. Trouble is a huge, relentless ball of fun (with one of the best music videos OF ALL TIME) and Last To Know is gorgeously sad and bitter.

Sorry to go off-topic slightly, but that convo in your sig is making me laugh a whole lot more than it should :( (The bit about REM)

FUNNIEST POSTER 2010, NOMINATION FOR ME, K? YEAH.

But Rob... it wasn't a post made here on Buzzjack... ;D

I couldn't agree more. The new tracks are all so completely nothingy, what happened!?! I bought the Best Of yesterday and it only served to remind me how she built her career up and up and up only to come to a grinding halt for no apparent reason - the balls were all in her court! And the artwork is horrible too. Enjoyed watching the DVD though - it reminded me of when she was good! The quartet of Loose singles is up there with the best string of singles in recent memory, surely? I even loved Promiscuous!

I just didn't like the musical direction personally. The video was great but I can't stand the song. Maybe because I've been tainted by the Shakin' Stevens cover :( And Last To Know seemed a bit limp musically for me.

03. Name a William Shakespeare play

OH SHELLI :( I can see your thought process, but at the same time, I really CAN'T. Did you never attend English classes? Did you never attend school?! Actually don't answer that.

In hindsight, I suppose it was really quite foolish not to have thought of Romeo & Juliet first, which of course is one of THE (if not indeed THE) classic tales in the history of literature. Having said that, Macbeth and Hamlet are both pretty legendary aswell. I guess I'm just a sucker for a good old dose of murder, insanity and a nice, traditional power struggle, and boy does Macbeth fit that bill. Like a prototype Symphony Hills. Lady Macbeth remains an utterly FABULOUS fictional bitch. Get her on Eastenders quick (no Shelli, EE is NOT a Shakespeare play either)!

Romeo & Juliet (37): Ghosthunter, Gooddelta, Mikey, Pavel, Sabrina, Silas, Slick, The Viper, Tyron, Aaron, CR, Chart Wizard, Dandy, DanielG, FM11, Poisoned Kisses, Truly Talented, Aled, Arrs, Dannyboy, Hitstastic, Jack, JamesP, Jamie, Jark, Jonjo, Mattias, Theo, 152.chris, Frank, Jack Pilgrim, Kuki Sanban, MancunianGiraffe, Nicky, Regina Flowers, Rooney, WillR0713

Macbeth (11): JakeWild, Severin, Suedehead, Cremey, Josh, Robot, Alias, Brett Butler, Jester, RabbitFurCoat, Shoat

Hamlet (2): Bert For Lashes, Bray

Shakespeare In Love (1): Shelli Louise Po

OMG Romeo and Juliet :((((( I completely forgot :( I thought Shakespeare In Love was about shakespeare and by him :(
I hate doing Shakespeare in school (we're doing Henry V at the moment, good job I didn't put that), but I do quite like Macbeth. The Romeo & Juliet movie isn't too bad either, but I couldn't understand the play
LET IT BE KNOWN that I based my characterisation of Jarcquinea on Lady Macbeth. TRUFAXXX

Lady Macbeth might be a PRIZE COW but is she anything at all on JARCQUINEA DEBEAUJOLAIS? I think not.
