He's holding up qwuite well really - his main promo of winning is wareing off and he is still top 3.

I dunno where the other winners were at this stage but I would say thats quite good seeing as most of the hype is over

My lol was a clue to the fact that I was making a joke about Bray posting about how well Matt was holding up and doing better than Hallelujah of course.

It *is* holding up better than Hallelujah though :P Why do you take so much offense at this?

Winners singles shouldnt really be compared, i think they're completely irrelevant, its all about the lead single of their debut album thats most important.

Anyway, Matt has hardly fallen back *that* much... using the last 2 britster pop bar updates as a guide:

20hrs 54min difference in time, very small difference in pop bars.

Jessie J is at no.3 now :o

Anybody saying Matt isn't holding up well can f***ing sod off and buy a brain.

He's holding up greatl. Usually, winner's singles fall to around no.7/8 on itunes by now.

 Matt is obviously holding up well, he's #2 officially and will be there till Sunday at least. Its a guaranteed million seller, and probably will be the biggest selling winners single. But as i say the winners single means f*** all, its so irrelevant.

Jessie J #3 :o Didnt expect this a few weeks ago.

After its random climb to as high as #50 and #141 earlier in the week Sex On Fire is now down to #106 and not top 300, which is around where it was the week before last. Random.

The Temper Trap are back up to #74 with Sweet Disposition :D I take it it's being used in yet another ad?

Two Muse songs have also made random re-entries to the top 100 (Feeling Good #67, Uprising #86) - anyone know why?

JLS are at #89 with Eyes Wide Shut and Tinchy/Melanie are up to #95.

Finally some good news-Tinchy/Melanie need to go Top 20.Love the song and the video and Melanie Fiona has an amazing voice.

Wow well I was predicting Jessie would be a January climber from the week it charted, but I didn't expect it to go THIS high. Price Tag sounds like a much more obvious hit to me. There's no way she is going to fail now.

The 2nd 'fake' version of 'Grenade' has now been deleted and now the original 'fake Grenade' (#1 Tribute Band) is climbing back up again! Now at #79

I'm glad that the record company have stuck firm with the original date :)

I'm hoping that was a typo before Bray

EWS should make Top 40 in next weeks chart.. The video starts getting shown on music channels from tommorow

& is the Tinchy song any good ? Still need to give it a listen

Why are you *so* defensive about him?

He's slightly better than Jackson or McElderry, but I see little better long-term prospects for Cardle, than for them - it is in the very nature of the show that 15 minutes of fame is all most can expect.

It's a bit bland and dull, so I'm surprised that after the 'Second Chance' flop that it's being cherry-picked this early on, especially as this is the first post-album single. It reminds me of something that N-Dubz would do. Melanie Fiona's voice sounds alot like Tulisa's voice.

I'm hoping that was a typo before Bray

Yes, it was  I didn't actually notice it until some time after I posted - 'u' is right next to 'i' to be fair

I'm almost certain Cardle will have at least Shayne level success. He seems like a much more credible artist than the other winners (possibly excluding Leona)

Unrelated: Great to see James Blake up to #22 :D Hopefully it'll break the iTunes top 20 and the official top 40

Used on the Virgin Airlines ad

And why are you so negative about him ?

Give the bloke a chance can`t you. He cannot be compared to Joe or Leon............he is more mature, is a musician and has a track record of writing decent songs.

*Feeling* Good - not Felling Good

Unrelated: Yay for Jessie J at number 3, it has no chance of being number one but please overtake that Katy B rubbish - disapointing after 'KOAM' which was a great song
