True - whilst it isn't bombing, it also isnt setting itunes alight which is what every loon was banging on about yesterday.

looking at the chart, this must be the first time in ages there have been more british acts than american acts in the top 10 on itunes

I don't know who said that she will bombing, but UK is not country where you can get number 1 without tv/radio airplay.

This song has premiered only 6 days ago on the UK radio and it's already in top 20 on iTunes which is really good!

There are only 2 American acts in the top 10 :o (5 British, 1 French, 1 Brazilian, 1 Barbadian - decent diversity there)

I don't understand where this Britney is bombing thing is coming from.

 

It hasn't even had a week of Radio airplay, there has been no TV airplay and very little advertising.

 

To get to #20 on sheer loon power alone is actually quite impressive.
