Such a lame way to end things. :(

I feel like they still had a lot more to give, but oh well, at least they gave us one more fabulous single & tour.

21st March 2013: the day the music died. :(

Edited by Colin

We always knew this was going to happen though lol.

It does seem pointless to make a big deal of a "reunion" when they knew it was more a farewell. I think they should have announced it as a farewell tour actually, I'm sure more people would have gone if they knew there was a chance it could be the last time they'd be together.

Clearly praying that the media has got the wrong message and clinging onto hope that the "we have come to the end of our incredible time together" just means the end of the tour. I'd hope they'd do something MORE than this to confirm the split. :(

Glad I saw them when I did, had it been only 2 days later, I'd've never been able to see them. :o

Tbh I though I would be sadder but I knew this was Happening tbh. I think when they announced their break we knew that the next time it would be the end. At least we can the boxset thats out in may and their dvd if the ten tour that will probley be out soon (i would think about end of april/may) just like cheryls tour dvd was out a mouth after tour. So don't be sad just be happy cause after all we made them become one of the biggest girls band off the past 10. #RIPGA
Bit of a half arsed way to call it a day but its what I expected. Wish they would do a proper televised farewell concert/documentary or something though rather than just a twitter message :/

We all knew it was coming, true. But over a Twitlonger? I told my dad just now and even he agrees its poor form. It's actually a tad evocative of that episode of "Sex and the City" where Carrie's dumped via Post it note. "I'm sorry, I can't, don't hate me...the motherf****r's concise."

Still least we're getting the DVD.

Too bad, they made good pop singles. Really wish they'd quit back in 2009 though, I didn't like any of the new songs + the album and singles kind of underperformed.

I'm with Atonement on this one.

Glad they didn't continue any longer.

They sort of tried to say it last night without saying it  It was obvious though, and I think most of us knew it was coming :( The Liverpool crowd were amazing.

I'm off to grieve by playing every album now.

If they carried on, they would have possibly become less relevant so it's probably good that they've decided to end it now before it's too late!

It's still very sad though. :( I remember seeing Sound Of The Underground on TV when I was five years old, so it seems as if they've been with me throughout my entire life.

I love Nadine for speaking out saying she didn't want it to end and had no choice, bless her.

In fairness, anyone who went to the Ten tour on ANY date would have seen that. I do wonder what the others think of her for revealing that though!

Yeah tbh she did look like she was having the most fun by far, and she was the most fun to watch also.

They should of at least released 'On the Metro' and ended things better than through a Twitlonger..

I just watched a video of the girls singing 'I'll Stand By You' on the last night of the Ten tour and you could tell that they were going to end things :(

Sarah didn't seem to think so, she said something Like 'Ten More Years' during it. Bless her

Cheryl is obviously behind the break up.

The witch.

Burn her at the stake.

@Gary. That's a bit to far. I don't think any of them wanted it to end. It's better to end it on a high note then leave on a low point right?
