Im so pleased Nicole is number one...i really hope she is officially come Sunday :)

Nicole number 1- I'm glad, I must admit I wasn't expecting number 1, however, it has been getting a lot of support (probably even more than Poison did) so I was thinking it could pull off a surprise

I dont get why anyone is shocked, its such an instant song and really like-able, also so simple which is its strength i think.

 

It has been performed on Dancing on Ice and Daybreak too (i think daybreak) and loads of TV support. Radio support will shoot up now too with it doing so well.

 

Exactly, she did a lot of promo and it's a good and instant song. Perfect combination.

DHYB has grown on me loads, and I wouldn't mind it going to #1 officially, but tbh I prefer 'Gold Forever', and I don't think it's as good as 'Poison' which I really loved, and was gutted when that seemed to under perform :(

I think it's more down to the fact it's promoted on the front page of iTunes :P - But just imagine what a new release could do if it had that spot at 59p on the homepage! It's the reason why 'Starstrukk' by 3OH!3 & Katy Perry did so well upon release imo.

I think "Don't Hold Your Breath" will finally remove the "Flopzinger" tag in the US & UK.

I'm ELATED that Don't Hold Your Breath is #1. So SO happy for her.
