March 16, 201114 yr Its absolutely disgusting that the chart update has been scrapped for More Moyles. I know its for charity, but no one I know can bear him for his usual 3 1/2 hours. And all he talks about is himself? Who wants to listen to that for 40 odd hours? He could at least keep other features going such as the chart update. It's absolutely disgusting to suggest that it's 'absolutely disgusting' that things are changing for a couple of days for charity... Also it wasn't scrapped.
March 16, 201114 yr Gosh, I think people are being a bit dramatic about the chart update!!! :lol: It was only today it happened, and it's for charity. Not to mention, they did do a top 40 countdown anyway. Also, if you don't like The Wanted, you should be happy. They usually play all of the new entries (or if there's too many, the highest ones), and then the top 2. This week the didn't play The Wanted, which was a new entry AND a top 2! March 16, 201114 yr They've already raised £150,000+ by doing it, so I don't see why they shouldn't do it just because some people don't like the idea exactly, its for a good cause and its a good thing to do its rather ridiculous seeing people criticising him just because it interferes with a chart update which is still on the website! His death certainly hasn't had as much media coverage.

I said its disgusting because its Chris Moyles, not because its for charity which was noted in my post. I didn't know that the update wasn't scrapped since I couldn't listen as I was working until 6 tonight and was only going off what others on here had said. Pardon me for not having all the time in the world. I appreciate its for charity but I still don't like the man and will complain that he's constantly on air despite that its for charity, same as I will if Cowell breaks out a crap charity record. I have already given money to Comic Relief for Scott Mills's trek through the desert as I felt that was something worthwhile to sponsor and something that takes guts. Don't you dare describe me or what I say as absolutely disgusting. I'm not going to sing Moyles's praises because he's doing charity. And like I said, I didn't realise the feature went ahead and had thought that Moyles had made the whole thing about himself, which to me isn't particularly charitable. I accept I was wrong about that but I stand by my views on the man himself. I'm also not interested in an arguement, so any smart response to this will be ignored by me no matter what. Anyway can someone give me a clue as to Pink's whereabouts in the singles this week?

The total is now over £660k anyway and there's still over 12 hours to go. Anyway, great to see SLY back up to #2, hopefully with the CR boost 19 can get back up to #2 as well. Not expecting SLY to reclaim #1 but it'd be great if it did :D Also hopefully Warren G/Nate Dogg and Snoop Dogg/David Guetta can go top 40 by Sunday. March 17, 201114 yr I'm really surprised that The Wanted's physicals aren't helping at all, I thought they would've at least been enough to hold them top 2! :o I think that is how the top 3 will look on Sunday, Friday is too late for Adele to reclaim number 1 and The Wanted have trailed off to much, Nicole has it in the bag- which is good, as its still new! :D I hope Dr Dre can hold top 10 and Wheatus hold top 30 :D
