I like The Prodigy but Breathe would have been 11th in my votes and I can't abide Firestarter :puke: Really didn't like this 'lary in yer face' attitude in the song. Much preferred their early 90's and indeed 2009 material :wub:

The Prodigy were definitely at their best in the TFOTL era. IMD comes a close 2nd, their first two albums are just behind and AONO is far, far behind (although still really good).

I try not to take other people's opinions to heart too much in these things.

 

For a second, my inner Eurovision loon wants to rage in fury at Nick's -2 for Gina G, but then I remember that it's a 1996 #1's rate on an internet forum :lol:

I can't disagree that it was groundbreaking, but it wasn't a sound that I was into. It was too edgy for me. Whereas the likes of Omen combined parts of this attitude and parts of their earlier rave sound, and the whole package was a lot more to my tastes. No Good (Start The Dance) and Out Of Space are pretty much their essentials for me though.
