I suppose Adele's sales will not fall that much, I was just worried it wasn't going to reach a million for a second. Panic over .

It's got 250k to go and it sold over 50k last week... of course it will pass 1mill :P It's just a matter of how quickly it'll do it. Her sales have gone down 82k -> 65k -> 51k the past three weeks but I'm sure its sales will stabilise fairly soon (it'll probably sell around 35-40k this week?)

April 17 :) Same week as Queen Gaga's (soon to be year defining) Judas  Hope it does well, not no.1 as that's Gaga's :P

Judas is released on Wednesday 19th IIRC, so she might end up screwing herself for #1 again :(

The 19th is the Tuesday. It'll do just fine I reckon, it's only losing 2 days of sales.

Drake isn't on All Of The Lights, the OCC just strangely credit him. There are many artists in the song but the only noticeable ones are Kanye West, Rihanna, Kid Cudi, Fergie, and toward the end Alicia Keys and Elton John

Yeah, well that's why I didn't put Drake on my "list of artists which Rihanna has collabed with more than once". :P I was just saying, you could include Drake depending on what rules you use.

. Although I guess you could add Drake if you count his credit on All of the Lights.

I was just pointing out that Drake doesnt have an credit on AOTL, yes he isn't in that list of artists - but Eminem was in that list and they only did LTWYL together iirc. :P

Well, they did two versions of Love the Way You Lie though, one on each of their albums.

I decided to treat them as different songs for the purpose of the list, because they chart seperately (plus the songs are very different anyway, just sharing simlar themes and the same hook).

This is getting really technical.

I don't wanna sound like a loon here but I think that GaGa's song will be so amazing that it crashes iTunes and goes to number one just like BTW did and get the number one position for at least a week and probably two. Go GaGa!!!! It will have sales of 80k or more which will be amazing for a song that has lost 2 whole days of sales

Yes this had got a bit far tbh. Back on topic now though

I love Gaga but that really does make you sound like a loon. I do think this will be more popular in the UK than BTW though, and I wouldn't rule out a #1.

I don't think a Lady Gaga song has ever been good enough to potentially crash iTunes, so I doubt Judas will be any different! Apparently Judas sounds like Bad Romance, so I'll probably find Judas boring too. :( I hope I don't though, because the song will be really popular, and I hate it when a song is massive and I don't like it, just because it's everywhere and it tortures me (e.g. Just the Way You Are and Forget You). My favourite Lady Gaga so far is still Chillin'. Only Chillin', Video Phone and Born This Way I still listen to now (although Born This Way because it's all over the radio atm).

Plus, the people who will be buying it in the first few weeks won't be buying it because the song is good, they'll be buying it because they like Lady Gaga (although they'll probably like the song too, if they liked Gaga's previous songs).

True, but it's at least not as bad as the 90,000 people who downloaded the X Factor winners single before they knew the winner  Not all Lady GaGa fans will like the song, and surely they will listen to it before making the decision to buy it or not. I'm sure the song will be a hit with me especially if it sounds like Bad Romance

Songs can't 'crash iTunes' anyway  iTunes always crashes after new releases are added, even when they don't shoot straight to #1 with a huge lead...

Yeah, that's true. At least they'll know who the artist is with Judas!! :o

Britney Watch

01) [100.0%] (+89.8%) LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem

------

22) [11.8%] (+1.3%) Nicki Minaj - Girls Fall Like Dominoes

23) [11.4%] (+0.9%) Tiesto & Diplo - C'mon (Catch 'Em By Surprise)

24) [11.0%] (+0.5%) Alexis Jordan - Good Girl

25) [10.5%] (0.00%) Britney Spears - Till The World Ends

26) [10.1%] (-0.4%) David Guetta ft. Rihanna - Who's That Chick?

Now, we'll be able to see how much she's gaining :)

New Update

01) [100.0%] (+89.5%) LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem

------

21) [11.7%] (+1.5%) Nicki Minaj - Girls Fall Like Dominoes

22) [11.7%] (+1.5%) Bruno Mars - Grenade

23) [11.5%] (+1.3%) Birdy - Skinny Love

24) [10.5%] (+0.3%) Tiesto & Diplo - C'mon (Catch 'Em By Surprise)

25) [10.4%] (+0.2%) Alexis Jordan - Good Girl

26) [10.2%] (0.00%) Britney Spears - Till The World Ends

27) [9.5%] (-0.7%) David Guetta ft. Rihanna - Who's That Chick?

So Britney is pulling away from Who's That Chick and gaining on Good Girl and C'mon. Birdy shot up from nowhere and Nicki has slightly pulled away from Brit. But Brit should be #24 very soon! :)

So pleased Britney is back in the Top 30 and looks like climbing again soon - TTWE should turn into a sizeable hit and beat its #21 peak  :w00t:
 To be honest, it's practically impossible that it won't reach a million. :)

I guess you right on that :).
