April 3, 201114 yr Britney :( Not too bad of course, but after a top 3 debut in the first midweeks, I was hoping for a higher position :(
April 3, 201114 yr I guess she's the ultimate Mother's Day gift for people who really hate their mothers.
April 3, 201114 yr I guess she's the ultimate Mother's Day gift for people who really hate their mothers. Actual LOL
April 3, 201114 yr Both Britney's singles re-entered the top 75!! :cheer: Friday gets a new peak!!

April 3, 201114 yr Britney behind Mary Byrne?! Cant even read it, bad promotion in the UK by Britney end of! No video for Till The World Ends, no airplay! People are missing out its a bloody brilliant album!
April 3, 201114 yr Glad to see Someone Like You overtake Grenade!! :D I'd still like a better year-end #1 though, but Someone Like You is decent, and better than most of the other year-end #1s we've had in past years tbh. Great to see Nicole and Dr. Dre enter the top 20 too. :D
April 3, 201114 yr YTDs - Singles 1 2 Adele Someone Like You ==================== YTDs - Albums 1 1 Adele 21 2 3 Adele 19 Without sales bloody hell! I think 19 probably won't stay there- but the other two have a big chance of staying there all year
April 3, 201114 yr Britney behind Mary Byrne?! Cant even read it, bad promotion in the UK by Britney end of! No video for Till The World Ends, no airplay! People are missing out its a bloody brilliant album! Totally agree!
April 3, 201114 yr If "Femme Fatale" is such a brilliant album, why have "Hold It Against Me" and "Till The World Ends" been the lead singles? They're OK, but not exactly "WOW!" tracks. -- Richard
April 3, 201114 yr 60 54 18 Black Eyed Peas The Beginning Jesus, this album just will not sell, will it? So strange that this is a band that have had three million-selling albums in a row, and this album has had two huge top 3 hits, but it's still flatlining.
April 3, 201114 yr Author Jesus, this album just will not sell, will it? So strange that this is a band that have had three million-selling albums in a row, and this album has had two huge top 3 hits, but it's still flatlining. Yeah, album-wise this era has been a bit of a disaster compared to The E.N.D. I blame the fact they moved onto a new album so quickly... and TT(DB) was probably a very poor lead single choice even if it did get to #1 and sell a lot.
April 3, 201114 yr I think part of the reason is that the album is not as good as their previous ones? I mean, yes, The Beginning is fantastic, and still better than 90% of other albums, but this is the BEPs we're talking about, and they've released such incredible material in the past, that an album being only "very good", will look bad compared to their "borderline perfect" previous albums,
April 3, 201114 yr Both Britney's singles re-entered the top 75!! :cheer: Is this supposed to be some sort of achievement? For an artist of Britney's calibre these singles (particularly HIAM) have performed truly ABYSMALLY. Your lead single falling out of the top 75 the week prior to album release really is shocking. Her star is at an all-time low here. I wonder if In The Zone sold more at #13 than Femme Fatale managed at #8...
