How are you going to watch it, tell me? I'm in Ireland too, but I don't have Channel5 :l

I just sent you a message on hopw to get channel 5, if anyone else from ireland here needs help in picking up channel 5 just pm me.

Looooove the house! Only thing is Emma Willis and Brain Dowling or however it's spelt get on my nerves soo much. Can't stand either of them

Also would love the Jedward rumours to be true!!

Im not a huge brian fan either and would have loved had davina stayed on as presenter, but i guess i will hold of judgement until i see how the show goes, for now im just delighted that i will be able to see it.
Really getting excited for this now, 7 days to go!
Well as Sid Owen (temporarily) left EastEnders to do charity work for Drop 4 Drop, it seems unlikely that he'd "Drop" that just to be on a reality TV show. :P
People are apparantly seeing the advert on loads of different channels - ITV, Viva, MTV, Comedy Central, even Channel 4. Seems like they aren't allowed to promote the date, just 'coming soon'. But if C5 are willing to buy off-channel advertising then that surely can't be bad news, they seem very set behind this :D
I saw it on Viva last night, so it's true! :D
Channel 5 definitly seem to be pulling out all the stops for big brother and seem very dedicated to making it a success, i hope it pays off and does well, i wonder what will be demmed as a success ratings wise for bog brother on channel 5, im sure they have expectations set out ratings wise, id love to know what viewership they think they will get.

I don't know if I'm excited about this or not? I really should be, but I can't help but thinking it's going to be abysmal. I'll watch the Launch show on Thursday anyway just to see the faces.

Guys, is it true that normal Big Brother starts straight after Celebrity Big Brother, or is there a wait?

On Wikipedia, it says September/October so I'd imagine it's straight after.

I read that the following people are CONFIRMED to be in CBB this year:

Bobby Brown

Tara Reid

Pamela Bach

Pamela Anderson (it says for just 5 days?)

Amy Childs :w00t:

Kerry & Sue Katona

Sally Bercow

Paddy Doherty

Jedward :nocheer:

No idea if it's true, story here:

http://www.mirror.co.uk/celebs/news/2011/0...15875-23342165/

Are the Mirror usually bullshitters?

I wouldn't believe anyone as 'confirmed' as such unless it came from Channel 5 themselves, but Jedward, Kerry & Amy seem so heavily rumoured that it will be a huge surprise if they don't actually go in. Jedward have moved tour dates to fit around CBB.

I dunno about the Mirror, but the Daily Star calls itself the official BB paper, and is owned by the same company as C5. But I think even some of their own stories are rumours/just made up to create interest, as they've had Charlie Sheen & Pamela Anderson on the front page (not saying these aren't true, Pamela has made appearances on foreign versions before, but Charlie would be a MASSIVE scoop).

I'm definitely going to watch this. Big Brother has a strong nostalgic feel to me now!
