The thing is with BGT effect tracks tend to trail off mid week, I reckon it will finish off top 20/25 in the end.

Until you get to the live semi finals. Who'd have thought Mint Royale 'Singin' In The Rain' would get two weeks at #1 all thanks to BGT even if it was in a really low sales period (barely 25k sales got the track to #1 at the time).

I doubt we'll see anything like that happen again. Overall download sales have increased a lot from 3 years ago.

Fast Car :o If I'm honest, I prefer Mutya's version too, but it's a nice song. It is kind of MYFML on a much lesser iirc it re-climbed iTunes when Sharon Davies did a crap performance to it on DOI a couple of years ago :P

Fast Car is 10x better than MYFML.

Not a fan of the Alex Gaudino/Kelly Rowland track, far too repetitive, gets annoying after a while. Much prefer the Rune K/Kelly Rowland tune, "Free Fall", great dance track.

Again, our similar taste , a few months ago surely, not years?

EDIT: Wow, I thought she was in this years, she was in 2010's. I remember her performance to Fast Car so clearly aswell and yet I cant even remember who won last year. Something else must have boosted Fast Car then, as I remember it being in the top 40 of itunes not too long ago aswell? Definetly not a whole year ago.

Plus, he was an idiot.

Gosh, Fast Car so high. Kristian Leontiou's version also as high as #114.

84. Wretch 32 - Unorthodox (Radio Edit) [feat. Example]

This could easily be a number one hit, hopefully it'll get stopped by GaGa and settle for number two

Babycakes is a dreadful song, one of the worst songs I've ever heard

I was thinking about stating a thread for 'least-remembered #1's' a few days ago, and it was that song that prompted the notion... :P

where was fast car before BGT?

Just outside the T200.

I'm beginning to wonder whether "Judas" will make #1 before the video premiere. That should push it past LMFAO though, "Born This Way" was falling when its video premiered and it moved up a few places.

#31 Wretch 32 ft. Example

J.Lo seems pretty close to overtake Lady Gaga for #2

18. Unorthodox (Radio Edit) [feat. Example] - Wretch 32

50. Love to Life - Twenty Twenty

112. Penny Arcade (Rangers FC Charity Single) - Sammy King

128. Diamonds (Radio Edit) - Starboy Nathan

I think wretch have it in the bag this week.

Gaga is about to plummet and won't pick up until the video is out in Tuesday (that's if it does actually come out, these things are always subject to change).

Even if it does come out on Tuesday, I think LMfAO will be outselling her by at least 2.5:1 by that point, with Wretch possibly even further ahead, and I can't see the video providing enough if a boost to reverse that.
