Posted April 14, 201114 yr Will Parade be another flop girl group like The Saturdays or will they be a major success like Sugababes? Their single 'Louder' has already tumbled down the charts faster than an Atomic Kitten single and their other leaked songs don't sound any better. So I think they will flop. They don't have the class, quality and standard that Sugababes have for example. What are your opinions.

The Saturdays have had a never one single, i agree. The Saturdays wanted to release two singles from Headlines so they could move onto Europe & Album 3. Sweet 7 flopped more than Wordshaker and Sugababes had much more publicity. So before you claim the Saturdays Sell Poorly (Chasing Lights 350k, Headlines 175k - Which is good for an ep) You need to look at album sales this day, like I said Wordshaker has sold more than Sweet 7. Omg can you please leave me alone or go drown or something. You are beginning to annoy me a lot Right, you need to grow up and learn to stop being so immature. Telling someone to "drown" is immature and makes you look like a right twat. Silas is saying what everyone else is thinking - you have came on Buzzjack and attempted to annoy everyone. The irony in you saying he's annoying you when you have been annoying the whole of Buzzjack. I think you need to stop the Saturdays Hating on there forum and mentionating Sugababes everywhere you go - fair enough you like them but you're looning is just awful and annoying.
April 14, 201114 yr I think you cannot claim the Sugababes are a girlband success in its current form, Amelle turned out to be the worst addition to a group ever.I am sure The Saturdays have outsold the current Babes in both singles and albums.Ego must have sold about 300k by now and they have had a platinum album, I do not think the current Sugababes have had that. I think Parade could do well with better management and better radio support.Vocally they are good live and are good performers.UK radio sucks at the moment for new Brit acts as they are slow to pick up on anything that is not American. Louder was not great and they did well to go Top 10, their promotion was shoddy though and their team planned badly.

April 14, 201114 yr The first post is stupid. The Saturdays are not a flop girlband, infact they are the biggest girlband out there at the moment. Why couldn't you have put ''like Girls Cant Catch'' or something? You knew this would only upset the Saturday fans. The Sugababes were great back in the day, but since Keisha left, they have flopped far more than The Saturdays. Don't get me wrong, I loved the Sugababes but at the moment it is the other way round, The Saturdays are sucessful and Sugababes sadly, due to them selling out, are not. Anyway, back to the topic at hand, Parade will flop. They will have one more top 40 single and release a album which will chart outside the top 40 album chart and we will never hear from them again.

As the worst use of green screen in a Girl Band video outside of Something Kinda Oooh. [Which was so high class you could see the cables :lol:]

Their albums sell poorly and they have no international fanbase...Are you SERIOUSLY saying a girl group who started in 2008, have had 8 top 10 hits (which involves their last 4 singles going top 10!) And I'm pretty sure all of them (bar one or two) have sold 150k-200k+! A flop they are not. Their albums aren't stellar sellers, but they're respectable for a girl group who started out a little under 3 years ago. A feat that the Sugababes havent seen since their "Taller In More Ways" era! (Amount of Singles peaking inside top 10) Just because Saturdays havent had a number 1, does not mean theyve flopped :mellow: Sales are more important than chart positions, which is why The Saturdays are still around now! - They manage to sell merchandise and tour tickets to the labels standards. Not as big as Girls Aloud (or Sugababes in their hey day) or even The Sats, but they'll have a couple more hits and a moderate selling album - probably same amount as "Headlines" (roughly). But that all depends on the second single. The fact they got top 10 with "Louder" which didn't receive the best airplay shows that there is some sort of demand for a new girl group and given the right stuff, Parade could shock people and be mildly successful]
