I NEED A DOLLAR UP TO #10!!!!!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! :w00t: :w00t: :w00t:

In other news, David Guetta up to #2, and Chris Brown up to #6.

I Need a Dollar is the best song of the year so far hope it can go higher sill. There is a version at 40 as well, I think Olly Murs has seen the last of his Top 20 hits he seems to have stalled.

Oh no, EOG is starting to fall pretty fast! Hoping gaga can still somehow cling onto the #1 spot on Sunday!!

It won't, sadly. It was #5 in today's midweeks, and considering it won't climb back to #1 today or tomorrow, I can see it debuting at around #6.

I'm sure he'll get at least one top 20 hit from his second album...

It isn't being released until next week or the week after so it could jump then, also he might do promo. Busy CAN'T flop!!

It's good to see another ballad in the chart, I suppose (like a more raw, traditional ballad, not an E.T.-type ballad ).

You think CKB is a "raw" ballad?

I'm not saying it's bad! I just couldn't think of the right word. But it's not like those ballads that are really loud and/or dramatic, or whatever. I mean, the song is basically just guitar and drums.

Although I also keep reading everywhere that it's a rock song. :puke: I'll consider it an RnB song thank you. :D It was produced by hip hop producers anyway.

I never said you said it was bad. But it's not raw - especially not the chorus.

I never said you said I said it was bad. Yeah, I got my words mixed up. I meant "raw" in that it's not like, say, Don't Hold Your Breath, With Every Heartbeat, etc. in that it it's less electronic and dancey.

I think that because of on air, on sale, I don't have time to appericate the songs as much as I want. For example, I haven't heard the new Lady Gaga/Take That tracks, I don't want to because I could get disappointed.

Anyone else got this problem?

Sometimes, but I kind of got that before anyway. But especially if it's by a really popular artist, I'm sometimes quite scared to listen to the songs, incase I find I don't like them, because then you have that horrible feeling knowing in a couple of months time the song is going to be everywhere. If I'm not confident that I'll like the song, I'll usually just wait until I hear it naturally.

Not me, I listen to any new songs that I think I'll like but if it's something like the new Justin Bieber or Bruno Mars song I'll wait until it's unavoidable and on the radio. The new GaGa and TT songs are great (Love Love does sound a lot like Kidz however so I'm not a huge fan of it)

Am I the only one who doesn't like 'I Need A Dollar'? :( It's nice, but I've had enough of that background rhythm after a minute!

I'm sure there's some other people! I love it though.

Tinie makes a reference to it in his new song too! :D

I have a sneaking suspiction Pitbull could be No 1 next week. And, forgive me, though I think the guess is a Class A tw*t, the song isn't half bad..

Do you not like Pitbull? :(

Give Me Everything reminds me of I Gotta Feeling a bit.

I wouldn't mind Pitbull being #1 next week. Although I'd prefer David Guetta to get it. And I'd prefer Chris Brown to get it even more!!! Although Beautiful People is really out of the picture tbh. :(

That's exactly what I'm thinking. I can see it overtaking TLS around Tuesday and claiming the official number one spot.

Mods we need a new topic!

Martin can you make us one please?
