EXACTLY! They are rushing out albums to churn out sales and number 1s but are not putting any thought into the quality of their music. They really need to stop writing on the album cos their writing is horrendously poor

Their sales are declining as well, so it looks like they have 1 or 2 more weeks in the top 10

Rihanna, Olly Murs, Example, Girls Aloud, Cheryl Cole, The Saturdays, The Wanted. Westlife (in their hayday), Steps (in their hayday) + so many other artists release an album a year. I dont get the criticism of it tbh

I LOVE the Wideboys Edit of Take A Chance On Me

Do You Feel What I Feel? Music Video:

It's really grown on me and probably my favourite video to date

First time hearing the song, I quite like it even though their American twang grates on me. Hope it goes top 10 as it's a cut above the other two singles, video is fun and should get a lot of rotation in the run-up to Christmas. Release on New Year's Day could capitalise on a dearth of other new releases.

I'm guessing this has been moved forward to help the album to sell more throughout the XMas Period

Wonder if this means with a 1st Jan release we will get a 4th single from this album

Is it just me or the song is going nowher ? The chorus is a let down I'm afraid.

And the video is random like most of their videos.

I see this being another top 3 hit for them in January, no doubt they will be everywhere promoting it. And I really hope hey do release a 4th single, which does seem likely now and if so it's got to be Take You Down.
Why are they releasing the video ALREADY? :drama: They should have waited until January like they did with EWS, I can see this easily breaking their top 10 streak now. I really hope it doesn't though because I really like this.

Why would they release the video in January when the song is released on New Years Day?

Eyes Wide Shut and One Shot were February releases

Agreed

I want Take You Down too. Early March release maybe

Just seen the vid for DYFWIF - it's such a weak song  Shame as it's quite a good video! At least the song's better than Take A Chance On Me I suppose...

I keep pretending I hate JLS and diss them alot but I do love some of their material.

Beat Again (which sounds so OLD now :o I remember when it was everywhere on the music channels and I loved it ), Love You More (which i've gone off recently, though), Eyes Wide Shut, Take A Chance On Me and now this are all brilliant.

She Makes Me Wanna, Everybody In Love, One Shot.... :puke2:

And I love how Aston looks absolutely tiny during the crowd surfing part.

  • 1 month later...

JLS' next single seems to be a new song called 'Proud', which is this year's Sport Relief single. It's a ballad. Slightly UNSEASONAL for them. Perhaps we'll be getting four singles from album numero vier then?

Released on 18th March. I think I just accidentally heard its radio premiere

They need to slow down, this strategy for them clearly is slowly down. I'm sure as a fan I'd be pissed, they released a new album like two months ago, and now their already planning on re-releasing it/new album.

I think the difference is aside from a few songs, Jukebox is a low quality album. It seems very rushed, lots of poorly written songs.

Proud is nothing earth-shattering, standard JLS. It sounds much better than a lot of the songs on their last album, is quite uplifting (in a weird sense), the lyrics are very British. Anyone have an idea who produced it? Sounds like Ryan Tedder to me. Nice piano interlude before the drums kick in.

The only positive right now is that it isn't a Heather Small cover like I heard it rumoured to be a few days ago.
