The Saturdays needs the remix in order to boost their sales up, because I thought they told their fans to buy multiple different remixes of "Missing You" to boost up their sales and have a chance at #1?

They will release an EP with remixes the same time as the Physical CD. That was enough in November for Higher to jump 22-10. Id imagine they will have a remix video hit the music channels in a few weeks too to keep the momentum going.

Hope they climb soon

With Higher though, one of the remixes was the one receiving 90% of the promotion, thus the massive jump. In this case, the version getting most of the promotion is the one out now.

No I think it's still frozen :)

And missingyou, The Sats (before the freeze) were 2.9% behind #9 which they should manage with top 10 effect :)

so, the sats only went up 1 place the few hours itunes was froze? :\ thought they would of went up alot more to be honest
At least they're still climbing slowly. It could be an indicator that more and more people are seeing it on the iTunes home page/seeing the music channel and buying it, whereas if it was climbing quickly you could argue that it would be extremely frontloaded due to fans rushing out to buy it.

Of course it'll still be climbing! It's only been up for download for like 20 hours!

You do know songs can stop climbing at any time, no matter how long they've been out for download?

I reckon by this rate, The Saturdays would be lucky if they have a top 5 position in the UK chart, nevermind top 3 or even #1.

Yeah, if they get deleted off iTunes.

Seriously though, the only way it would stop climbing within 48 hours of release is if literally 0 people bought it. I find it highly unlikely that people would suddenly stop buying it. Songs tend to climb faster just after entering the top 10!

To have a guaranteed #1 on Tues mids, the track has to be #1 by at least 4pm on a Sunday, with a very strong lead leading into the evening. At the rate the Saturdays are going they be lucky for a #6 entry.

The Saturdays Update (according to livepopbars.com) (about 2 hours since last update)

35.6% (Gained 1.9% on Pitbull) 10) The Saturdays - Notorious

0.6% behind (Gained 2.1%) 09) David Guetta / Nicki Minaj / Flo Rida - Where Them Girls At

1.8% behind (Gained 2.1%) 08) Swedish House Mafia - Save The World

6.8% behind (Gained 2.2%) 07) Lady GaGa - Judas

3.8% ahead of (Gained 2.3%) 11) Lady GaGa - The Edge Of Glory

6.2% ahead of (Gained 1.9%) 12) Jessie J - Nobody's Perfect

Gained means that The Saturdays are pulling away from the song behind, or catching the song in front ;)

Should be #8 soon :D
