^^^^^ Wasn't WGQ Examples 2nd alvbum - the 1st one wasn't a commercial success then with WTSCU/ WGQ he broke through more mainstream before Kickstarts and the 2nd album was released.

Oh yeah, I always forget about that one - first post-breakthrough album then :kink: Tinchy also released an album before he broke thorugh, as did Tinie Tempah (although I think his is technically a mixtape?)

Number 1's Rate

1.We R Who We R

2.Price Tag

3.Don't Hold Your Breath

4.Born This Way(Scotland Only)

5.Someone Like You

6.Where Them Girls At(Scotland Only)

7.The Lazy Song

8.Grenade

Dislike:

9.On The Floor

10.Party Rock Anthem

11.Give Me Everything

12.What's My Name

It's quite rare for a rapper to be in the mainstream after their first album anyway tbh.

Jay-Z was stronger than ever on album 11. Although that's the exception, not the rule :P

EXAMPLE RATE.

09.0 Watch The Sun Some Up

08.5 Won't Go Quietly

06.5 Kickstarts (overrated IMO) <<< I agree completely. It's only "good" on a night out in a club!

10.0 Last Ones Standing

05.0 Two Lives

07.0 Changed The Way You Kiss Me

-x-

06.5 Monster

01.0 Game Over

04.0 Unorthodox

See. Getting worse. (For me at least! :() His album disappointed me too. (Bar a couple of tracks)

EDIT:

The number 1's rank:

01. Jessie J feat. B.o.B. 'Price Tag'

-----

02. Pitbull & co 'Give Me Everything (Tonight)'

03. Rihanna feat. Drake 'What's My Name?'

04. Bruno Mars 'The Lazy Song'

05. Nicole Scherzinger 'Don't Hold Your Breath'

-----

06. Bruno Mars 'Grenade' (He has better on the album)

07. Adele 'Someone Like You' (Overplayed now)

-----

08. Jennifer Lopez feat. Pitbull 'On the Floor' (Boring now)

09. Ke$ha 'We R Who We R'

-----x1,000,000

10. LMFAO & co 'Party Rock Anthem' (Just awful. Not even good on a night out. It's just noise.)

My chart peaks:

1 - On The Floor

1 - Someone Like You

1 - What's My Name?

2 - Price Tag

2 - Don't Hold Your Breath

2 - When We Collide

3 - We R Who We R

6 - Grenade

32 - Give Me Everything

DNC - The Lazy Song (playlisted)

DNC - Party Rock Anthem

Preference

1. Someone Like You

2. On The Floor

3. Price Tag

4. What's My Name

5. Grenade

6. We R Who We R

7. Give Me Everything

8. When We Collide

9. The Lazy Song

10. Party Rock Anthem

Everything from WRWWR up is a 10/10  GME and WWC would be 8 (the latter peaked at 2 but was incredibly frontloaded), TLS would be 6.5/10 and PRA would be lucky to get 2/10 (one of the worst songs of the year imo :puke:) Example has been on my playlist but not the main top 40 - I like it more than TLS but not as much as WWC, so it would be 9th/11.

See. Progressively getting worse. (For me at least! :() His album disappointed me too. (Bar a couple of tracks)

The numbers are all over the place - so hardly 'progressively' getting worse - if it was In your opinion then WTSCU would have scored more than LOS

Yeah. It's awesome if you're a Jay-Z fan, since you probably have like 1000 songs to listen to.

wooh 3 of the new hits up by one each! I can see it being an example no.1, coldplay no.2

I expect Nicole Scherzinger to go up to 5th around 5.00pm tonight as the Bgt Final repeat is away to come on soon!

Templecloud please drop down asap!

Example will have brilliant sales this week!

Beat Of My Drum back down to #18 on my feed - may be a revert but Example's second version is also up to #91...

I don't get how Example is getting more and more popular, just as his releases are getting worse and worse :( ('Last Ones Standing' should have been the lead single by that theory though, but it bombed and is his best single, imo)
:P
I'm predicting 110k, that sounds about right. I don't think it'll beat the first week sales of Jennifer Lopez, let alone 'Grenade'.

And about 'Price Tag', it's her best song by far. It took some time to grow on me but it's definitely an anthem of 2011. People will look back at this year and think (this was the year of Adele, LMFAO, Bruno Mars and Jessie J). PT has sold over 600k on my own chart and is in my top 20 of the year so far :D

how do people do sales in their personal charts?

Nicola Roberts is #17 on my feed still.

I predict she will end up at around #22 this week.

Just listened to the Nicola Roberts track

Wow - definitley the best Girls Aloud member track to date.

I'm well impressed
