As far as I know, you can buy the DVD/CD version or the Blu Ray/CD version which has the autorip feature, so it's not like it's giving the album for free. You need to buy it.

People will be doing that anyway, it's not like she's losing out.

its means the sales of the download will be very poor and as no CD version then the album will struggle to chart even in the top 100

if it had been sold as a CD only priced 9.99 and a download priced 5.99 or so it would have done very well..... its a great list and mix of songs etc.... would have definatley gone top 40 for a week

I think it'll manage Top 100 with ease - requires just 1k to make it these days - and I could see it being Top 40 on the Tuesday Update, which is good going considering this is, after all, just a live album so it's not exactly going to attract sales from many outside a proportion of fans.

5.99 for around 27 tracks is way too cheap.

I doubt it will do anything.... Aphtodite suffered the same when it was released as DVD/CD and so none counted in albums chart.... download 106 on Uk iTunes and slipping... Amazon 399th that aint going to get it top 100

 

ONLY if the download it has sold well on Kylie.com will it chart top 100... and to be fair it is 8.99 there so the cheapest version....

Looks like all of the EP sales are logged as Black and White. Dat Shaggy working for dem coins.

#34 now - but seems to be stalling

It is still dark green on iTunes popbars but let's face it, it is not going to shoot to the top ten. No hype, no build up, no promo.

 

Were any of us expecting it to though?

Top 40 is great for a random song without promo from a Beyonce'd EP, she's hardly the most relevant popstar atm :P
