Really hope Fix You makes the official top 40 this week :D

And hopefully if it does the OCC will give us a sales total for it.

Give it up - she's not gonna go T10, especially since she's already dropping on the overall chart...
Just as you say that...

She was (by the last update I did) 0.070433 away from Pitbull and 0.000929 ahead of Adele but she is now...

10. Pitbull 'Give Me Everything (Tonight)' 0.254200

11. Nicki Minaj 'Super Bass' 0.201833

12. Adele 'Set Fire to The Rain' 0.194414

Which makes her just 0.052367 behind Pitbull and 0.007419 ahead of Adele. Her bars are also decreasing, I imagine because The Wanted are still pulling away... but she's gaining on Pitbull and still has the chance to go top 10. I will not give up on it going top 10 until I know for sure she isn't going to make it. (i.e. falls to number 14/15 or something).

Mega :manson: at that depressing song looking set to head back into the top 40 :puke:

Whilst .05 isn't that much, it's bigger because of The Wanted's lead. She's still only selling not quite 80% of Pitbull, The Wanted being so far ahead is making everything else look closer than it probably is.

I'm really lucky that I'm not a Super Bass fan - it must be hard to live through your fave song being 11 all the time and not getting that deserved boost. I think Nicki still has a small chance - but it's unlikely. I don't think the song will fall fast like Bass Down Low however - it has shown staying power.

I really hope The Wanted are off number one by Friday - or I will fear for the country's taste (not the first time I've done that this year - Jason Derulo :puke:)

I guess. But it's still a good sign for me knowing that she's slightly pulling away from Adele now. (Although I guess Adele will be above her just, combined - I don't know where the other entry is as I don't look past the top 40 usually (unless it's been posted in here)).

As long as Adele stays at #12 i'll be happy, i'd prefer #11 if its not going top 10 this week but we'll see as the week goes on. VIDEO NOW. Surely Pitbull & Katy will be dropping soon so really they should swap with Nicki & Adele sometimes this week (i hope anyway!)

Scouting For Girls coming up though to #14 DO NOT OVER TAKE ADELE.

and also Guetta at #19!

GYC down to #3 on album chart (Bey at #1 and Adele at #2)

LMFAO on the crush now on 4music they are SO $h!t live. Lmfao

I can imagine how bad they are live - and that's coming from an LMFAO fan. I also hate the BEPs live - their performance of 'The Time' on TXF was so crap

I was the Bep at wireless last week where they headlined and they were really good definetely the best of the day

Well - they are more suited to proper live concerts than a one-song performance on a high-profile TV Show. On TXF the BEPs were slightly out of time, and didn't sing + rap very well, and it was a disappointment compared to the original studio version. It just shows what good things autotune can do!

The one thing they are good for is they sounds good in a club and get everyone jumpin'

Come on Set Fire To The Rain, seriously where the hell is that video that will put it a 100% secured top 10 place right now.

I bet half of your posts are about where ADELE's video is  Take a chill pill! I'm sure it'll come in a few weeks, and I don't think she cares if SFTTR goes T10 here, when she's sold 2.5+ million copies of her album here, and more worldwide  :D

the wanted aren't gaining much on DJ Fresh at all now, and it's not even passed the 48hr threshold, so I fully expect it to fall away dramatically by the end of the week. Come Friday I'd be very surprised if it was top 3 on itunes. May even be as low as 7 or 8

I know! But seriously I just really want a video for myself as its one of my favourite songs of all time! I'd love to see a video with it too. I know its a bonus for it being as high as #12 let alone any higher, its just so epic I want it to do well, and it looks likely that '21' will be back at #1 next week, help of SFTTR i'm sure.

Her WW success is insane, she must be making MILLIONS. :o

I can picture ADELE swimming in a pool full of money  SFTTR is of course helping the album but sadly the real reason is because album sales are at an all time low atm and there's no big releases other than Beyonce who is now falling.

Yeah thats true, its just Adele who is selling consistently every single week since she released, cant believe she is coming up to 3million sales by end of year with ease, amazing. I wonder how long it can actually stay top 2 for :o :o

100. Still Life - The Horrors

Yay for The Horrors finally looking like having a top 100 single :D I just hope it does a 'Live Those Days Tonight' instead of an 'Under Cover Of Darkness'/'If You Wanna'. Because it'll be annoying to see yet another song come so close to the top 40 but miss out because it was released on the same day as the album. Although it actually going top 40 like 'Papillon' and 'Cousins' would be ideal. :P

Skying is #5 on the iTunes Albums chart. Should overtake at least the Glad You Came EP very shortly (that's down to #3) and hopefully it can get an official top 5 or even top 3 position on Sunday :D

I'm not a fan of this song - it goes nowhere for me -_- I've heard it a few times on radio one and I haven't listened to it properly cause' there's not much of a tune in it/it isn't catchy

Oh, The Horrors have had hits in the past - they even had a top 40 hit already with 'Gloves' in 2007. Dunno why I thought they had no hits  Anyway, hopefully Still Life can be a third hit for them :kink:
